We just returned home from enjoying our third time at this beautiful cabin. We had 32 for a family reunion, 4 generations all ages. This cabin is spacious enough to spread out yet be all together in the same gathering room.We found the cabin so clean, well stocked, family friendly, welcoming and never ending fun. We have already booked it again for next year.Debra the host is so sweet and wonderful to work with.I speak for our entire family, you cannot go wrong booking and spending time in this amazing cabin.

Great place to stay! When something wasn’t working right the owners were quick to respond and willing to come out to fix, though we were able to have a temporary fix for our time at the cabin without owners coming out. Cabin is a bit warm upstairs at night (in July) until you’ve had a full day of windows open & fans on. Nice open spaces, particularly in the basement. We had family ranging from 2-82 years old and all enjoyed their stay.

Plenty of space for 6 families with adult children and grandchildren (about 40 people). The three kitchen areas were a boon for different ages and activities. The upstairs kitchens were well stocked for a large group. The queen beds covered many of our group and there was plenty of floor space for our blow up mattresses for the rest. The location let us attend activites in Cedar, Panguitch Lake, as well as hiking, shooting, and spelunking not more than an hour drive away. The foosball, pool and pingpong tables were well used. Two of the families are campaigning to do the reunion next year with you! Thank you for providing the perfect spot for a large family.

We all had a very comfortable stay and a wonderful time at this property. The familyroom was so accomodating. We had so much fun together and didnt want to leave! We could not use the hot tub as the chemicals were Too strong in the water and we could not breathe in the room. We had to open a window and turn on a fan to get rid of the fumes. We locked off the room and still had a great time.We would definately stay here again but the hot tub....no bueno. :(

The space was large, layout a little different but described well in the listing so make sure to read carefully. Kitchens were well stocked. Check in and out was very easy. Beautiful views and easy access to get to the slopes. Some of our group were able to ski in and ski out. Overall it was a great place for our large group of 13 adults and 2 kiddos!

The cabin was pleasant, but there were some weird quarks/issues. For one, the two sides of the cabin only connect in the basement; which made for a lot of up and down the stairs. There were quite a few things broken including: front doorknob, microwave, foosball table, a burner on the stove in the basement, a toaster, and ping pong paddles. Other things were not broken but not in great shape. One of the fridges was very rickety and one toilet would constantly run. Lastly, the indoor hot tub had so much chlorine in it that it was bothering our eyes even when we were not in the room with the door closed. In fact, we never used it because there was too much chlorine. When I messaged the owner about these issues, she quickly responded and apologized for any inconvenience. She said she was unaware of any of the issues and would have her husband fix them before the next guests. So while it didn’t benefit us, they may now all be fixed for future guests.

This was our second time enjoying this beautiful cabin for our family reunion.(Four generations) We will be back again next year. I highly recommend staying in this cabin. It is so family friendly, big enough to spread out and areas to gather all in. Debra is wonderful to work with. She addresses concerns promptly and sees to your needs and comfort. You won't regret the time you spend at Bristlecone.

The cabins were adequate for our large family reunion. The common area in the basement with the snack kitchen worked well for our evening get togethers. The 2 kitchens were a challenge for meal preps and there is a lot of stairs between the two cabins. The lack of a/c combined with unusual summer temperatures made bedtimes a bit challenging. We also found the wi-fi speed not sufficient for online classes and work meetings that some of the family needed. The nearby highway is a bit noisy and busy at times. But we enjoyed many hikes and outdoors activities that were close by. Overall it was a great week and the quick response from our host when any issues arose was very helpful.
