Cozy & colorful retreat with a deck, grill, wood stove, board games, W&D, & AC

The cabin has a nicely updated interior and modern comforts. It was the perfect size for our family of four, including teen kids. And worked as a good base for the adventures we had planned from Bend to Crater Lake.

My boyfriend and I had the best, most peaceful time at this vacation home. Everything was really clean and just as the description said in the listing. I most loved how this was a very chic home, but it still felt like we were in a cool cabin in the woods away from it all. It was a little bit of a drive from Sun River, but not too long and the views of the mountains and forest made the drive so enjoyable. I highly recommend this rental to anyone!

You are not exactly remote - nothing wrong with the neighborhood. But, you are in a neighborhood. New construction going on nearby - didn't see much wildlife. Sloped ceilings upstairs - little inconvenient for taller folks. Very clean. Nicely appointed. Kitchen stocked. Used the grill. Only real complaint was just the frequency of reminders about the checkout deadline.

From the outside the cabin clearly has some age and history but enter the front door and plenty of modern upgrades make you feel right at home with modern kitchen and bath and a big screen TV for those not hanging out on the surrounding deck nestled amongst the Ponderosa trees. Neighborhood was fairly quiet and there is a lot of space between the cabin and neighboring homes. Peaceful, private, clean.

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin. It’s quiet and peaceful and there’s plenty of trees in nature around you. We woke up to deer walking on the property. It’s close to the river and the resort in case you wanna grab a meal out. Would definitely come back again.

We had a wonderful time here, the house is sparkling clean and looks freshly remodeled. It had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay for two of us - a fully stocked kitchen, nice bed, a super quiet neighborhood in a forest area, we had about 10 deer lounge in the back yard one evening! Wonderful place to explore central OR!

Everything within the cabin is brand new. You are more likely to see deer than people!

My stay was very comfortable and everything was as advertised. Nothing fancy with this cabin but I would stay again. My trip was a work trip, not pleasure, and fit the bill perfect. This cabin is great for one couple or a single family with small kids.
