Cabin was so clean! Amenities are true as advertised, very comfortable stay.

Cabin was wonderful. Great communication before and during arrival and was so incredibly clean. Definitely recommend!

Bath towels small, old and worn. Toilet took forever to refill after flushing. Hot tub was nice. Okay but not anything special.

Liked the mountain location; absence of orange poles along narrow and steep driveway make parking perilous especially in wet weather conditions. It would help for this to be communicated on the property details to ensure renters secure an appropriate vehicle to drive up to the house.

This cabin was fantastic. Our family loved our stay. We enjoyed all the amenities and wish our stay was longer. Of note, using a 4-wheel drove is a very good idea, as the road is quite steep in sections.

Cabin looks even better in person than on the pictures. Very nice and clean and comfortable. Beds, especially in the main bedroom, were not quite a nice as the rest of the place. The beds would not push up to the wall and do not have a headboard, so pillows keep pushing off the bed. Also the mattresses are sagging in places, but these were minor issues and we were very happy with our stay.

Cozy Canopy was very close to the hiking we wanted to do, so the location was great for us! Clean, comfortable, great communication and just an easy, convenient, comfy place to stay. Pictures are very accurate, it’s a really lovely cabin and the hot tub was a fun addition after hiking all day!

4.9 stars. Great cozy cabin with a decent sized hot tub. Only rating 4.9 stars because the living room could use some more lamps/ambient light. It’s too dark in there unless you use the overhead light. Lamps would be preferred

Overall the experience was excellent. We loved the area, the inside of the cabin was very clean, and the accommodations, including the hot tub and TV were great. Our only small complaint were some cobwebs and wasp nests (no wasps) on the balcony. We would highly recommend this cabin for anyone taking a trip to Red River Gorge.

The cabin was perfect however, the road and driveway to get to the cabin is very steep, especially at certain points. Just want people to know about the roads. I am a bus driver, so I managed the roads just fine with a little excitement but for a inexperienced driver, this might be a little challenging, but overall it was a great stay even with the all day rain on one of the days we were there but great location just the roads and driveway. Thank you.

Check in is at 4p we got there at 4:25p and they were still cleaning the house and told us that they would try to be done in 1 hour. We went back around 5:45p and they were gone, but none of the bed sheets were cleaned? I had to wash to bed stuff to be able to sleep. The pillow cases smelled like someones hair not laundry detergent, and the kids room had maybe chocolate on the pillow case and another looked like drool spots.Besides all of that the house is very beautiful.

Spacious accommodations but lighting was quite dim. We could not use the microwave for most things as the dishes they provide are not microwaveable. Tub was quite slippery, could have used a mat or grab bar. We enjoyed being in the tree canopy, very peaceful

Wonderful, clean, and cool property. Easy access to everything! The mattress in the back bedroom could be upgraded as it felt more like a box spring. However sleep is sleep when you’ve been out adventuring all day. Overall we were super pleased. Will be back!

I will not recommend this place to anyone. Grass is high, unkept and my mom just found a dead mouse and droppings in the closet. Never again for us!

This cabin was very clean. We enjoyed the space and the deck was beautiful. The driveway and the road leading to the cabin are very steep. Driveway holds max of 2 vehicles.

This was a very nice, clean, well stocked vacation rental. Directions were very easy to follow to get there and it was close to all of the local hiking areas.

Very beautiful area! Cabin is secluded. Road is steep. Bed is too soft. Appreciated laundry appliances, hot tub, and deck. A larger microwave would be a simple upgrade. Good place for quiet relaxing.

It is in a good location. Fairly easy to get to some major places in the gorge and restaurants. The hot tub was 90 degrees so pretty cold. I didn’t feel like waiting for it to warm up after I arrived so I didn’t use it. The propane on the gas fire ran out on my last night. It was pretty hard to get the empty tank out, so I wasn’t able to replace it. It would be nice if the windows were clean and if there was a comfortable chair and a good light for reading.

Our stay was great! The hot tub was the best part! Did read about the steep road and driveway ahead of time and we drove our truck. It was doable. We went hiking at Red River Gorge and did the Gorge underground. Very neat and adventurous.

We had two medical emergencies with people coming the day before. I’m sure the property is fantastic

The charming, clean cabin is as advertised and perfect for a small family. The location is perfect for enjoying all Red River Gorge has to offer. Natural Bridge, Auxier Ridge and Courthouse loops, KY Reptile Zoo, Thrillsville Putt Putt, Via Ferrata, Angels Windows and Sky Bridge. Relaxing in the hot tub after a busy day. Thank you for a wonderful family getaway that didn’t disappoint. As previous reviews mention, the driveway is steep but not difficult with a SUV.

Had an excellent stay, but departure was horrific in the snow. Rolled our car down the side of the mountain.

I enjoyed my stay at the Cozy Canopy cabin. It was clean and furnished. I enjoyed the quiet and solitude. The most thrilling part of being there was the ride up and down the mountain. Prepare for steep hills leading to this cabin and an even steeper driveway! All in all I would rate this a 5 out of 5 stars.

We had a wonderful time staying the night at this beautiful and cozy home. Our favorite was the fire pit and the hot tub most definitely!

The cottage was lovely. The property not so much. It was so steep all over that walking wasn't possile. Apron was small and driveway extremely steep.

The Cozy Cabin was a great set up for our annual hiking trip. The cabin was very clean, had everything we needed and was very comfortable. All instructions were accurate and the listing was exactly as described. The hot tub was key after long days out on the trails. The host was very helpful and able to send over replacement propane tanks for the fire pit, which was much appreciated. We had a wonderful trip and would absolutely stay here again.

Our stay here was just overnight as we had to be moved because they had lost water and electricity in the hurricane rains passing through. Only low ratings because we were not notified before arrival that there was a power and water outage (the storms had passed through a couple days before) and because we really had to argue on the first call we made to not make us pay more to move cabins (we did have a longer booking but said we were fine to split the total length of the stay). However, in the morning we got someone different when we called and she was much more gracious and willing to work with us. In the end we got a good stay and the hassle could have been worse. Cozy Canopy was very beautiful and we would have loved to be able to stay our honeymoon there, would love to stay there when there is power and water.

This was an amazing trip with a lovely cabin. My only issue was that the firepit on the deck didn't work or was out of gas. One would think that something that is featured would work. Other than that it was a beautiful stay and that was just a minor thing. We really enjoyed our stay there.
