Cozy Cabin Stay for 8 w/Hot Tub, 3 MI to Parkway!

Beautiful atmosphere, very family friendly and comfortable. Perfect for a relaxing getaway.

We absolutely loved the cabin for our trip to the smokies. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything and more to cook out meals. The kids loved the horseshoe game and slide outside. The bedroom with the bunk bed had great gaming chairs and tv. We loved the large porch we spent many nights in the hot-tub, making s’mores using the fire pit and playing games on the table. It was a great location to all of the attractions in the area. We loved that it had a nice yard and off by itself to enjoy the quiet mountain feel. Check-in was easy and the owners were available to answer any questions. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to the smoky mountains.

We really enjoyed our stay. It had everything we needed and the kids loved the sand table and slide. I wish we could have found the horse shoes to play that also. The management is quick to solve issues. Day 1, the maintenence man came out to fix the stove and the washing machine. Definitely recommend staying here.

Property looked just as pictured. It was very clean. We enjoyed the hot tub, gas grill, and fire pit. My husband grilled and I made breakfast outside on the eye on grill. Some lights on the patio and outlets inside went out a few times. We had to flip the switch on the breaker box. I messaged the owner and they replied right away. As a homeowner I understand things happen so I still would stay here with y family again,

This house was perfect for our family! And the covered porch was absolutely an added bonus as it was pretty large, had a fire pit and table that we could all gather around. We spent almost every night and morning gathered around the fire pit, played cards out on the table and enjoyed the hot tub. I would also add that the rental company was awesome to work with and very responsive. We would definitely stay there again! .

The exterior patio sliding doors need some attention.

We arrived later in the night and was happy to find everything was as described. It was such a relief to have one less travel worries. My family enjoyed every aspect of our stay, from the kayaking to the awesome view. The house was so big and clean. The decorations was the cherry on top. We look forward to going back again soon.

We had a group of nearly 15 people going for an adult sports tournament in the area and the from the beginning the host was very responsive and understand of our needs and requests with such a large group. Leading up to our check in, Hurricane Milton was making landfall and again this host was very responsive, flexible and willing to work with the group on early arrivals due to the situation. Unfortunately, we weren't able to make it out and had to cancel our trip but again the host was very understanding and went above and beyond to help refund a part of what we've paid and offered us a generous future credit. The refund was issued timely and through the whole process they kept in contact with me. I can't express my appreciation enough and the efforts to make an unfortunately experience less troublesome. As we didn't make it to the house, I'm not able to speak on the property but I can contest that working with this host was a very pleasant experience and I can only imagine the actual house experience would have been just as pleasant. A very grateful thank you!

This was a great property for our three generation family. The host was very accommodating and responsive.

A week at the beach was very enjoyable in this great property with plenty of room for everyone. There were plenty of beach towels and bath towels for everyone. We enjoyed multiple trips out in the kayaks (5) and even saw dolphins one evening. We also used the firepit that had chairs for the whole family. It was late in the year, so the pool was a bit cold, but the kids still enjoyed time in the pool. We had one minor issue with the front door lock, but the owner was very quick to respond and help us work through the issues, which was much appreciated. We were also fortunate to stay when there was a SpaceX rocket launch, which was fun to see. I would highly recommend the new ice cream shop Rockin Retro Ice Cream Parlor. Jennifer, the owner, was fantastic and the ice cream was top-notch.

Wonderful, comfortable home. Very clean. Great layout with many open large areas for the large group and privacy for individuals. We were able to fish from the dock and saw several dolphins including a mother child pair. Appreciated the pool and beach toys. Close to beach, we drove most of the time but walked occasionally. Good parking at beach.

Clean and property was as pictured. We loved the pool. Had the opportunity to hang out with dolphins off the dock.

Loved the outdoor space. The pool the dock were big hangout places. Saw dolphins and manatees from the dock. Convenient to the beach and local fare.

Large family and thrilled! Sometimes the listing is misleading and the property under-delivers. In this case If I could give this property more than 5 stars I would! It’s a 10 out if 5! Location is idyllic - sitting on a nice quiet canal with easy access to the calm bays of the Banana and Indian rivers. Fishing off the dock; manatees and sea turtles in the canal regularly (we did not see dolphins but heard that they visit). Easy 5 min walk to beach on Atlantic side at Lori Wilson park (awesome waves for surfing and boogie boarding) Publix less than a mile away is convenient. Tons of good food options nearby. House is beautiful and well appointed. Kitchen pre-stocked with essential spices and condiments (nice touch and a “pay-it-forward@ opportunity) Outdoor areas are abundant and paradise-esque. We were there for a baseball tournament at USSA SPACE COAST and the drive was an easy 30 min. This might be the best VRBO rental we have ever had!

This house location is fab. We loved being outside and saw manatees with babies, dolphins and even otters feeding as we sat on the deck. The pool was fab. The house is a little tired in places especially the windows which didn’t slide well and the locks were a little temperamental hence the additional wooden poles Even with this I would still give it 5 stars.

My family booked our annual family vacation at the Banana River Retreat several months in advance. From the day we booked until even days after our stay, the host was in constant communication with us. This impressed me more than anything. She was always pleasant and helpful. The home was very clean and had so many personal touches. There was such an attention to detail we felt as if we were staying in our home. There wasn't one thing missing from the amenities of this home. The outdoor space was perfect with multiple tables, chairs, pool floats, and games. The pool is perfectly located to provide shade throughout the day. The sleeping accommodations were well thought out for large families. We are all about location when we choose our vacation homes. We were not disappointed. The beach was very close and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. The host did a wonderful job making our annual vacation special. I highly recommend this vacation home to families who want accommodations that feel like a family retreat.

Loved the house and location. We stayed here during the boat races with friends and family and it was perfect! The house was great, it was in a perfect location for us across the street from Lori Wilson park, the pool worked great for the kids, and the house had everything you could possibly need. Great time highly recommend!!!
