Stayed Aug 18, 2024Cozy Cabin is a sweet and lovely property and the host is quick to respond. The neighborhood is lovely. Very quiet. The Wifi is outstanding. The 13 and 14 year old grandsons voted this is the best VRBO we have stayed in for the past 3 years. I look forward to the opportunity to stay here again. Walmart - grocery stores, restaurants - and a water park are only 20 mins away. We spent a lot of time in the Red River gorge area - but next time we voted to rent a boat and stay here the entire time.

Stayed Aug 2, 2024We are all nurses and wanted a little girls time! We had a thunder storm that night and the power went out! It didn’t deter us! We cooked our lasagna on the grill! The owner responded when contacted and was great to work with! Everyone couldn’t believe how nice the house was! It was clean and had a great rec room!

Stayed Jul 22, 2024Perfect little home for our family trip. Everything we needed was there. We enjoyed the pool table and fire pit. Overall could use some decor upgrades and deep cleaning but didn't affect our stay at all. We had trouble with the hot tub but were able to figure it out. The owner was accessible and answered the few questions we had promptly.
