So quiet and comfortable. I noticed a police car down the road i think thatsbon the property, for coming from out of town with my little girl alone it was nice to see. It felt very safe. Wonderful hosts and property. Would def rent again.

Couldn't have asked for a better host or property. Since the memorial day storms we've been displaced here and there, it was nice to have a clean and comfortable spot to just enjoy life for a moment. Thank you again April!!

This was exactly what I was hoping for. The place was clean, quiet, and felt secluded but safe. The drive into Eureka Springs was longer than I thought but it was gorgeous and was just part of the experience. I hope to return soon!

We loved our weekend in this cabin. The location was perfect and the cabin was also perfect. A little piece of heaven in the Ozarks. April made sure to add the little extras which was great. We will be going back in the fall for sure.

I spent an entire week here and had such a great time taking in the surrounding nature and rural beauty and loved every second!

April is the best host. Cabins are always clean & have little touches added throughout to make your stay comfortable & welcoming. This is our third stay in their cabins & we love the quiet, quaint & serene setting. Come for fun around Eureka Speings & stay for the peace.

This trip was flawless, thanks in part to the amenities of the cabin. Anything we forgot to pack was available in the cabin, as if April had read my mind. It’s very peaceful there, and the smell of honeysuckle is intoxicating. We hiked, saw a show Rogers. and played jenga when we weren’t sitting in the lovely porch. 10/10 would stay there again.

Cozy Cabin is a great name for this property. The location was peaceful and quiet but not too far from local events and activities. Had a great time exploring the area and then winding down at the end of the day.

What a great spot! This was the most well-stocked rental we’ve ever stayed in - with a bunch of free treats for people and their dogs! This was our first time bringing our two dogs with us in a rental and it was perfect. The place was simple but clean and comfortable. I didn’t feel like the dogs were at risk of messing anything up which was comforting. There were two other little cabins by us and some houses in the area but mostly pretty secluded - other than the cows across the street. :) It felt very safe. There’s a little walking trail too which was nice. It’s very peaceful. The cabin was perfect for two adults and a teenager. We’d definitely come back!

Amazing definitely amazing

We stayed her for just one night as a rest stop on our way to Tulsa . The cabin stayed nice and warm even though it was freezing outside. Cabin was small but clean and very bright. Host is very kind and responsive.

Great stay

Had a nice last minute stay in Arkansas. Check in was extremely easy. The area was Quiet, clean, and not too far from Eureka Springs. Will definitely be back if we pass through.

It was the perfect cozy cabin for a long weekend! The host was wonderful! She responded quickly and offered to let us stay an extra day when we arrived a day late due to car trouble. It was so relaxing and restful! We can't wait to stay again!

Well located, very nice place.

This was a very peaceful and quiet property. Was clean, easy to find especially for a rural location. Made extensive use of the deck and the grill. Will definately book here again! Owner is easy to contact and responds quickly. The even had treats for our little dogs! Absolutely first rate!

Very cozy, yet spacious for 3, extremely clean, quite, and super functional. Felt very safe and slept like a baby. The morning country veiw on the little deck made it hard to leave so we enjoyed the 12 o'clock late check out lol. 27 miles to Rodgers Wal-Mart Amphitheater.

April was a great host. The cabin is well stocked with everything you need and all the little things we always seem to forget, they really put a lot of thought into stocking the cabin. Made the check in process easy. Very responsive to any questions I had. Very clean and tidy inside and out. Will definitely stay again when in town visiting

Well equipped, but the mattress was terrible. There was a small loveseat in the other room, but absolutely to small to sleep on. Hopefully, they will change out the mattress, and then no complaints.

April was very responsive and courteous i would stay again!
