Cozy Cabin in S Bartlett Near North Conway

Great host and great house! We brought a group of teens skiing and house was perfectly setup for adults up stairs, kids down stairs. Great kitchen / common area, and the fire place really made the evenings awesome. 5 min drive to awesome food such as American Flatbread, and 15 minutes from black mountain and attitash. Great location. Highly recommended !!

Beautiful home on a quiet road in the mountains. The inside was clean and the place was a cozy stay for my family.

What a wonderful home, decorated beautifully, fantastic location, close to everything, we had a very nice time here, would definitely recommend it and would rent it again in the future, the host was very available and accommodating

Mostly good. House definitely has some issues like leaky faucets and fans too high to turn on and one that had the chain missing to turn on at all. That said, the house had comfortable beds and plenty of room. Also VERY clean and decently equipped. We had a very nice time.

Reserving the cabin was a breeze. Wonderful communication and seamless arrival. The house was very clean and had all the kitchen essentials we needed (we eat-in more often than not). The firepit area was great but we didn't get to have a fire because it rained so much. I must say when I got into bed the first night, the pillowcase and sheets smelled FRESH and CLEAN! When we took the sheets off the beds before we left, we discovered the mattresses look brand new and the pillows all had pillowcase covers. 5 STARS for that. Departure was equally as seamless. Directions were simple and clear. We always try to leave the house as close to the way we found it as possible. A few things that are super minor but might be nice to know: if you are looking for lots of games for your kids, you should bring them. The few games they had were pretty beat up and missing most of the pieces. We taped boxes back together and gathered up as many pieces to each game as we could. We drive, so we brought all our favorite games. The grass hadn't been mowed for quite some time by the looks but we didn't get to spend much time outside anyway because of the weather. My husband did make the comment that if the owners had left a lawnmower, he would have mowed. haha We had a great week. This cabin is right in the middle of everything. We went to Kahuna Laguna, Saco Bound River Tubing, Cranmore, shopping and more all within literally 5-10 minutes. We will rent this location again.
