Stayed Aug 15, 2025The Cozy Cabin is a beautiful, well-appointed property in a quiet neighborhood in the Pines, yet only 10 mins from downtown Pinetop. We loved just relaxing on the deck listening the whispering pines. We absolutely loved it and hope to have the opportunity to stay again.

Stayed Aug 4, 2025We really enjoyed our stay. Cabin was very clean. The bed was firm and comfortable which was great for my husband. He also appreciated that there was a recliner. So many times places look cute, but the furniture is uncomfortable, not so here. We would definitely return.

Stayed Jul 17, 2025This cute cabin was the perfect location and layout for our almost month visit to beautifully Pinetop to escape the heat! Cindy was a pleasure to deal with, the place is spotlessly clean. Beds comfy, smart TVs in family room and master, great deck to watch the rainstorm. It is well stocked with what you need.

Stayed Jul 3, 2025My sister and i took our mom with us to get out of the heat. Cabin was easy to find and beautiful as soon as we drive up. Inside was immaculate and we spent everyday sitting out on the porch. Close to everything. Host was very receptive with ant questions we had. Highly recommend this cabin! Would definitely rent again!

Stayed Jun 24, 2025Cozy was a perfect description for this cabin. The cabin is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood and a perfect get away from the Phoenix heat. It was very clean, fresh and well appointed. We will definitely be back another time.

Stayed Dec 28, 2024It really was just the perfect place to stay for us ! Very clean and comfortable… A very updated house with everything you could possibly need. The location was great and just a beautiful wooded neighborhood. The beds were extremely comfortable and everything about the house was perfect! We would definitely stay again. 12/30/24

Stayed Aug 30, 2024From the moment we pulled in the drive the house was beautifully lit up just for our arrival. It looked amazing. Stepping inside is even better. This cabin was EXACTLY what we were looking for. It was so warm and homey and absolutely perfect for the 2 of us. We enjoyed sitting outside each morning and evening. The neighborhood was nestled in the trees and everyone was out walking with kids and pets were so friendly. The host was amazing and so helpful. We will most 100% be returning again. One of our best trips in a long time!
