Cozy Cabin Escape: Nature, Comfort, and Serenity Await!

The cabin was a perfect size for the 11 guests we had in our group. We had 5 adults and 6 kids, ages ranging from 4-12. Having 2 floors plus the basement was nice so I could put my 4 year old to bed upstairs and everyone could carryon without worrying about waking him up. The big kids all slept downstairs in the bunk room and room next to that in the basement. It felt like plenty of room but still cozy. The kitchen had everything you need to cook, we cooked every meal. Would absolutely stay again! The hosts were very responsive to questions and check in was easy. Thank you!

Great house to gather with friends and family. Plenty of outdoor sitting as well as indoors. The host does a terrific job at providing those little items that you forget to pack. We plan on utilizing the house again in the future.

Took our group of high school runners and were able to cook, play games and explore the area, while get in training. Very comfortable space. Adam was very responsive and helpful. Beautiful home

Great house, clean & well appointed. Quiet neighborhood with some trails just down the street, but still very close to town & RMNP. Friendly & communicative owner, overall a great stay.

We had a great stay at the Browning cabin. They had everything we needed, including some outdoor games that added some fun competition amongst our group. Adam is great to communicate with and the location is perfect - close to both lakes, the golf course and town. We would absolutely stay here again!

Cabin is in a great location close to Grand Lake and other lakes nearby. We spent most of our time at Granby Lake nearby. Cabin was perfect for our family with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Cabin was clean and had everything we needed. Adam/host was excellent. He was responsive and provided all information that was needed for the stay. Hope to be back to next year to this cabin.

This house is in a great location and has many amenities including the gas grill and large picnic table on the shady deck. That kitchen is outfitted nicely and we appreciated the paper products and cleaning supplies. We would definitely go back!

We came up with our family for the week. This property was perfect for all of us (all adult kids). Thank you for everything you provided to help us feel prepared with anything we may have forgotten, English Breakfast tea, coffee and thorough supplies. Clean, comfortable, spacious. Perfect place to stay in Columbine Lake!!

This was a very clean, well appointed and comfortable vacation rental. It’s not far from Grand Lake and easy to get to. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a rental for 8-10 people.

The bedrooms were great, each with good bathrooms and an especially spacious bathroom for the 2nd floor bedroom. The living, dining and kitchen areas were clean and comfortable. All the equipment worked well, such as the grill and gas fire pit outside. We really enjoyed the games that were in the cabin and garage. It was also close enough to town center that we could easily enjoy that and the lake (Grand Lake). It looked like some minor renovation was still in progress (e.g. some unfinished baseboards and possible prep for a stove in the basement) but that did not adversely affect the experience. The basement living area was nice. The complimentary s'mores kit was delicious and eagerly consumed.
