Stayed Mar 31, 2023The cabin was precious! Very clean and quiet. The host was very responsive! We wish it had had a grill for cooking outdoors, but we made do. Highly recommend this cabin!

Stayed Oct 3, 2024Cute Cabin next to hosts house about 15 minutes from Canton trade days. Super kid friendly and the property is rural and quiet. As listed there is no wifi so your only option for tv is dvds. Our cell phone signal was poor ad well so that limited nighttime entertainment options.

Stayed Aug 31, 2024We arrived very late the first night. Air was not working when we arrived, hosts responded quickly and got it fixed early next morning. Cabin was very nest and clean. It was very hard to sleep. We had an infant who was very irritable due to heat and did not sleep. Just felt like they should have offered a discount for the first night considering it was 80+ degrees.

Stayed May 30, 2024This is the cutest cabin. Beds were great! Follow the directions provided. Do not use GPS going in. Unless you want to do some off roading. lol. Great for trade day stay!

Stayed Apr 6, 2024We traveled to Texas for the eclipse and were very happy to find the Rustic Retreat cabin right in the path of totality. The hosts were very responsive by text prior to our stay and reached out while we were there to make sure everything was going well. The cabin is very comfortable, clean, and cute and equipped with everything you could need for a stay. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the back porch in the morning and hearing the birds chirp. In the dark we drove by the entrance at first but the address is clearly marked on the mailbox and once we saw that, it was easy to get in the gate using the code and find the cabin. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again in the future.
