Stayed Dec 27, 2024We arrived to find the property had not been cleaned. Floor is dirty sink full of dishes, laundry not clean, hot tub, not clean bathtubs nasty. They found another room available 45 minutes away across town up a mountain. We stayed the first night and then had to repack and come back for the second night. We got our cleaning fee back but feels to me like we should have got a full refund. It was so horrible. Never had a bad experience like this before.! They definitely need to make sure their cleaners do their job to keep somebody from having a hassle on their vacation

Stayed Jan 18, 2024We decided to stay here as it looked very family friendly. There were a few things that needed to be fixed. The jacuzzi tub stopper does not work. We could not use it the whole time. (One of the reasons we picked this cabin) There was a knob in the kitchen broken, multiple light bulbs out through the cabin. The master bedroom light does not stay on, it flickers on and off. And lastly, the griddle was not what it looked like in the photos. Very dirty and no useable. But overall it was a good stay. Check in was easy and the cabin was clean.
