As you enter the property, the lowest level has a small deck that accommodates a swing and hot tub.

* Check-in time: 4:00 PM. 
* Check-out time: 10:00 AM. 
* No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. 
* Parking notes: There is parking available in the circle drive.


Pets are not allowed!
We love pets but for reasons of care, quality and in an effort to maintain the optimal cleaning conditions that we offer to guests, unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets.

During the winter months, a 4x4 vehicle or snow chains is NECESSARY due to potential ice and snow buildup!

Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. Up to 8 guests may be on the booking, and those will be considered 'authorized'. No unauthorized guests/visitors may be on the property at any time. Disregarding this is cause for the booking to be terminated and immediate eviction.

We prefer guests to be 21 years of age or older to book.

What does this mean for you

In colder / snowy seasons: you WILL need snow tires or chains, and an all-wheel or 4-wheel drive vehicle. The weather on Beech can change in an instant, and we may not be able to accommodate adding extra days to your stay in inclement weather. Please ensure your vehicle is equipped properly for mountain driving in the snow.

In warmer seasons: please watch carefully for wildlife. We have foxes, deer, and even bears on Beech! Do not leave any food or trash outside the home. Do not leave food in your vehicles. Please drive carefully as we frequently see newborn deer crossing the roads in late spring / early summer.

*** Please remember that we do get snow, rain, fog, and other occasional inconveniences that are out of our control here in the mountains. Winter weather can occur here from November through April. This property is accessed and maintained via a gravel road and gravel parking area which may be icy or snowy during winter weather. For the safety of you and your party, please be prepared to drive in snow and ice. This means four-wheel drive, good tires, and possibly snow chains. It is your responsibility to be prepared for potentially hazardous road conditions. There will be no refunds, allowances, or date changes resulting from weather conditions out of our control. ***
