We loved the cabin, guest service, and it was great that they are dog friendly. I would recommend this cabin and would stay here again.

It was a beautiful place. Hot tub was nice and clean. The only downfall I didn't like were all the millipedes everywhere. Couldn't walk around without shoes on because we didn't want to step on one barefoot. Other than that, it was a beautiful stay. We would love to return for another visit in the future. Thank you for making our stay feel more welcomed.

I went with my daughter, her boyfriend and or fur baby and it was perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. The gates on the deck kept the dog safe and there was plenty of space in the back to hike and let her run (we found out she is part mountain goat on the steep hills). Right between PF and Gatlinburg. We were there for a week and wished we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be going back!!

Property was very small and only one bathroom is a challenge. Beds all need updating as they were very worn and not comfortable. Needs some TLC to repair a few things like the rear sliding door that doesn’t lock, just use the stick in the door to secure it.

Payton’s Place was just the right spot for our family of 4! Location was short distance from Pigeon Fordge and Gatlinburg so if our family wanted to get out, it was an easy commute to both. The cabin itself was very private and cozy. Everything listed was accurate and in good working order. Some things we didn’t anticipate but were no big deal to us: there was no AT&T service for us; cleaning mops that were left out had a funky odor to them so we placed outside; well water had sulfur smell; and the acorns were falling from the tops of trees and would make loud pops on the roof during the night. These weren’t big concerns of ours considering our stay was about enjoying the Smoky Mountains and fresh air! We plan to be back next fall.

This was a fantastic cabin for a small family (2+2). More than 4 would be crowded. Kitchen is small but worked just fine for our 4 nights. There is no dishwasher, but it’s a good opportunity for the kids to learn how to hand wash. Everything was functional and WiFi worked great. The kids room/den is colder as it appears to have been part of the back porch converted to a room. Hot tub wasn’t great and right off the den. Its not a spacious space but plenty of seating for everyone. The cabin is well stocked. The location was awesome, between gatlinburg and PG. best of both worlds. We didn’t expect this level of convenience, but it was just great. One of the best things is how organized Auntie Belhams is. A very efficient check in and checkout process. I loved the app - a definite must have for anyone. We will definitely look to use ABs next trip.

Great location easy access to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Really enjoyed the wrap around deck that could be secured for the dogs to spend time on. The cabins location also worked well for the dogs a large hill out back the dogs enjoyed running and playing on. The cabin amenities were fine the only drawback was the mattress in the bed room is extremely soft almost like a feather bed. The folks at Auntie Belhams were terrific to work with would definitely recommend them. They were helpful kind and friendly.
