Stayed Feb 17, 2024Had an amazing time at this property in Kingston. Quiet surroundings, beautiful and comfy 3-bedroom home as pictured, well-stocked, and very responsive owners. There is a fire pit on site and party lights if needed. Few good food options nearby and even grocery stores if you need essentials. Owner was very helpful with tips.

Having a walk in shower for my dad was good but to make it better, the owners ordered a shower chair to arrive on the day we arrived and for them to think of my families needs was a blessing. We would rent/stay with them again

Stayed Jun 9, 2024We had some basketball officials coming from various parts of the state to Kingston for annual training. Normally, we provide hotel rooms, but when the hotels were booked due to the Sandbass Festival, I just about panicked. I went and found this place on VRBO and I was impressed with the layout and how nice it was. I met my friends down there so they could get settled in and they were impressed as well. They actually preferred the house over the hotel rooms, so that means that they will be back next year.

Stayed May 28, 2024Our stay was a great one! The house has everything you need and then some. Clean, homey, and looks exactly like the pictures. No surprises here. Casino and lake are a 5 min drive. We got rained out one day. No complaints here. Games and movie day for us. Definitely would recommend.
