Stayed Nov 8, 2025Serious housekeeping and maintenance issue at this cabin. Washer doesn’t spin water from laundry. Dishwasher doesn’t work and is smelly and corroded. Hot tub was unusable due to smelling of fish and clogged drains, spouts, and pump. Dirty dishes left in kitchen shelves (probably because dishwasher doesn’t work) stained sheets on bedding (once again probably due to washing machine doesn’t work). Someone else’s bathroom supplies left in upstairs bathroom and cracked toilet seat that cut my child’s buttcheek, dried animal poo under downstairs bed (once again, housekeeping issues). Hard water is obviously a huge concern at this cabin and needs to be addressed. Received several messages checking on us throughout the stay, we reported all these issues with little to no help or even acknowledgement that these issues would be addressed. Day 2 into our stay maintainance replace toilet seat and drop off clean linens and an air hockey puck (also missing when we arrived), but did not address gross hot tub or broken dishwasher. No pot holders, no skillet, no measuring cup in kitchen. Absolutely not acceptable and I feel surely the owner would have no idea of the condition of this cabin. Used diapers and trash strewn all around property. This is a prime location, easy to get too, good parking, amazing view of the fall leaves, but an extremely stressful experience. Save your money, 0/10 would not recommend.
