Originally built as one of Hochatown`s early fishing and hunting cabins, Oak View was completely relocated and remodeled in 2018. Today, it offers guests a comfortable retreat with modern conveniences while maintaining the laid-back atmosphere that continues to make cabin vacations in Southeastern Oklahoma so popular.

Oak View features a one-bedroom floor plan that offers a little extra separation between the living and sleeping areas while maintaining the cozy atmosphere guests expect from a cabin getaway.

• The kitchen includes cookware, dishes, utensils, flatware, and basic cooking equipment. Guests should plan to bring food, spices, oils, coffee, and specialty cooking ingredients needed for their stay.

• Cell service in Hochatown may vary depending on your carrier, though complimentary WiFi is provided.

• Celebrating a special occasion Ask about available add-on services including firewood delivery, flower arrangements, cakes, and other special touches that may be available during your stay.

• Kiamichi Cabins accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. While VRBO may allow guests to submit a reservation using American Express, Kiamichi Cabins cannot process American Express payments. If an American Express card is used, our office will contact you to obtain an alternate form of payment in order to complete the reservation.

Basic House Rules

Check in time is 4PM or later.
Check out time is 11AM.
An additional fee of $100 will apply to late check-outs unless otherwise approved.
All cabins are Non-smoking.
RVs, Campers, and Tents are not allowed to be used on cabin property, overcrowding fees will apply.
ATV and similar vehicles are not allowed to be ridden on the cabin property.
The use of Fireworks and/ or Guns is prohibited on cabin property.
Hot tub covers are to remain in place when not in use. Do not stand, sit, dance, or otherwise use the cover for anything other than its intended purpose.
Dogs are welcome at this Kiamichi Cabins property with the following restrictions: Maximum of two (2) dogs.
-If bringing a single dog, the weight limit is 80lbs.
-If bringing 2 dogs, the weight limit per dog is 40lbs.
-No dogs are to be left unattended.
-All dogs must be kenneled if left at the cabin.
-All dogs should be brushed and treated for fleas prior to arrival at the cabin.
-Dogs are not allowed on the beds or on the furniture.
-Property damage or excessive cleaning will incur an additional expense.
A non-refundable pet fee of $60 per dog will be charged per stay.
