Beautiful cabin. Everything was perfect. From location and view; to the hot tub and 2 porches and fireplaces. Decor was spectacular and bed cozy. Loved all the important info noted throughout the cabin so you can fully utilized the place. Hosts were so welcoming and helpful. Closer to the market and Aerial Tram.

We stayed at the chalet for our 25th wedding anniversary and it was perfect! The chalet was VERY clean, comfortable, and inviting. The hosts added many special touches to make our stay enjoyable. We took in the gorgeous mountain views from the hot tub and had our breakfast on the deck while watching a family of deer walk along the driveway. The location was peaceful and quiet, but only a 20 minute scenic drive to downtown Gatlinburg. Paula, our host, checked in with us after our arrival and again before we left, just to be sure that everything was going well. We will definitely stay here again... but this time we are going to add another day to our trip to give us more time to relax and enjoy this wonderful property!

Clean cabin in chalet village. We enjoyed hot tub and giant tub in bathroom when it was too cold to venture out. The additional gas fireplace in bedroom provided romantic ambiance but puts off a lot of heat. Never stayed in a private cabin that provided everything. There were plenty of towels, toilet paper, trash bags, silverware, glasses, and laundry detergent. Im used to bringing these things but i didn't have to use any of mine. Even provided a bottle of wine and some condiments. My absolute only complaint is the pillows are flat and the shower pressure is pretty low but all in all it was a top notch rental.

Close enough to the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg to pop down the mountain and get your fill. Then head back up to the quaint mountain chalet for some quiet time in the hot tub overlooking the mountains.

Chalet was amazingly clean and directions were spot on. They pay very close attention to detail. Right down to the snack basket, bottle of wine, and chocolates on the bed. These arw by far the best hosts we have ever worked with.

We loved the chalet and felt that it had everything we wanted and needed, and Paula was quick to help with any questions we had. The place is decorated beautifully with a consistent black bear theme throughout. The whirlpool tub worked great, and it was serene having breakfast out on the porch overlooking the mountains in the morning. The narrow winding mountain roads with frequent blind spots require caution; just take them slowly. We would have been in a bind without an AWD rental. Overall we enjoyed coming back to the chalet after a day of activities.
