Convenient yet Private Location! Complete w/ Hot Tub, Game Room, WiFi and More!

Great location! Awesome house with lots of room! Jacuzzi was incredible! Would love to stay there again!

The place was ok. Beds are very firm. Pool table accessories need some attention. Arcade game was fun! If you have small children, the door going downstairs can be an issue. Bring a safety gate. The road/driveway entrance has a decent drop and some holes making it a pain to get in and out. May be difficult for a car. That being said - the place is overall nice. The price was reasonable. Also - the place is for sale.

The house was clean very roomy, the beds were comfortable. For a place that sleeps 12 we had no dish towels, 3 dinner plates and two tall glass. The grill was thrown down over the hill broken. The fire pit is useable but cumbersome. The shower in the basement was falling apart and leaking. I did let the Mgr know, I hope they get it all taken care of soon.

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin in Sevierville! The location was perfect—close enough to town and the Smoky Mountains attractions, but still tucked away in a quiet, peaceful setting. The cabin itself was clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the porch with its beautiful mountain views, and the hot tub was a great way to relax after a day of exploring. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was easy. Overall, it was the perfect mix of relaxation and convenience, and we’d definitely stay here again!

The checkin process was easy and the kitchen facilities were spacious.

What a great property! We even got to see a black bear up close and personal! We are already hoping to come back to the same place in the next year or so to repeat our vacation! There were 12 of us total - 8 adults and 4 kids. Everyone had fun and the littles LOVED the movie room!

The house was wonderful and clean. The beds were so comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed playing pool, getting in the hot tub, the theater room and sitting on the back porch in the shade. The dining room table is so large, we had a blast playing cards on it every night. We will definitely ear mark this for a repeat stay in the fall!!

Beautiful house! Had an issue with the front door keypad and they came out swiftly to fix it for us! Hot tub was very clean.

Great place, we had some maintenance issues so hopefully that’s fixed. Decent place good location and we loved that it’s semi secluded. Overall a great place and we would rent again. Kids loved the pool table area and it was nice that they could stay up and close the door to that room so it wasn’t noisy. Beds are comfy, house was clean, nice area and great for the party of 11 that we took.

Overall, our stay was good. There are a few things (in my opinion) the house needs updated (the beds feel like you’re sleeping on a rock, the shower heads are super short, one of the shower doors didn’t close all the way, the door knobs are loose and some of the dead bolts don’t work, ect.) We also brought charcoal to use for the grill but it was not there like it was shown in the listing. Again overall y we had a good time and this is just my opinion! Everything was super clean and the games were fun and kitchen was easy to use as well.

Overall a cute and peaceful place to stay but we had issues with the cleanliness. We were excited about getting in the hot tub but the water was green and nasty so unfortunately we were not able to get in. Left over trash from previous stays. And the toilets were not properly cleaned.there was an issue with the downstairs toilet getting backed up and feminine products coming up from the toilet. We were not able to use it.

We enjoyed it: the kids had their own space and adults was able to have own space but also have space to hangout together. It’s so pretty we loved it.

Our family all went here for a long weekend getaway and to be together. Plenty of room and activities for everyone we had a great time!

Property was as advertised

The home was perfect for a large group but would be perfect for a small family! Great game room, sleeping quarters for kids and great bedrooms for adults too! The view is amazing! Worth every single penny!!! You would want to bring all the extras like soap, toilet paper (we had 6 adults and 4 kids), spices etc. the list that summit provides will guide you!!

Cabin was awesome and had plenty of space for our travel! Homey feeling and had essentials needed for stay to cook or relax at cabin. Close to several activities!

Cabin was nice and not too far away from anything. Met our expectations and we enjoyed our stay. Check in/out was an easy process. The cabin was clean and there was plenty of room for us.

Nice place close to town. Mama bear and 3 cubes roaming around the house if you want to see them.

This was a beautiful location. Very convenient location but far enough out to escape the business of Pigeon Forge.

I loved how modern this cabin was ! Alot of space for my big family , we had such a great time at this cabin i highly recommend this placed great spaced for cars , for dogs to enjoy out in the yard ! The thing i kind of was worried was the way to enter the cabin it was a bit scary but overall great experience ever !! I would book again this cabin !!

We loved this house! There was plenty of room and lots of things to enjoy. The movie room, game room (with pool table), and hot tub were used and enjoyed by all. The location was the best of both worlds. It is far enough out to enjoy nature and close enough to enjoy all Pigeon Forge had to offer. I highly recommend this house.
