Adorable, clean and comfortable cabin. Renting was easy through VRBO. Searched, found and secured on the same day. Check out was a breeze and the owner was really nice. My husband and I wanted peace and quiet for a few days. The area was wooded and very quiet.
Great property, clean, comfortable, can be as isolated as you want to be with owners discreetly nearby if needed. Very close to town, hiking opportunities, etc. Highly recommend.
Excellent cabin for 2 people, if you want to stay in the Black Mountain or Asheville, North Carolina area. I would rent the cabin again.
Great little cabin to stay in. Super clean and well taken care of. Love the location, secluded but not far from town.
It was a very nice place.
Exactly what we wanted. Seclusion, privacy, and peace and quiet. Highly recommend!
We checked in early with agreement of the owner and the heat was started before we arrived. Two light bulbs needed to be replaced (no big deal) and the hair dryer didn’t work. The unit seemed very clean. I would stay at this cabin again.
Tucked away and cozy. Take the 1 mile hike to the top of the mtn where the cabin is located. I had a nice stay with my dog.
The property is amazing. Very relaxing and peaceful. So many great things to do all within short distance. The cabin had all the necessities needed for our stay. We really enjoyed it for our 10 year wedding anniversary.
Mary Beth and her husband Buck provided the quaintest little cabin in Black Mountain, North Carolina. It is a 1 bedroom, with a sleeper sofa available as well that will sleep 4 people. There is a wrap around porch and the cabin has a stove/oven, coffee pot, plates/utensils/cooking tools and pots and pans too. All you need to bring is groceries if you plan to cook, your clothes, and anything you may personally need for your stay. The nightly rate was reasonable too, and they allow pets, too! There is an outdoor grill but we didn't use it so I'm not sure if it works or not. The owner's didn't visit, so everything was perfect for us! They do have satellite TV service, a DVD player, etc. The satellite service doesn't offer a lot of variety in what is available to watch. However, that is not in their control. We really enjoyed our stay. We did get take out from Phil's Ribs and we thought the food was very good. The grocery store is an Ingles store which is quite expensive, but it is the only grocery store around. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves very much.
