Cold Springs Escape: A/C, Hot Tub, Generator, WiFi

The property was set up with all the amenities and entras not expected. I was pleased that we were able to have a early check in and the contact Hailey was very accommodating. There was information everywhere on how to work things in the cabin. Loved the set up and decor. We definitely would stay again.

Everything was ready for us and in good conditions. This cabin kept us safe during the snowstorm. Power cut out in the morning of our departure and the generator kicked in a minute later.

Clean and beautifully decorated home! We really appreciated the comfortable beds and air conditioning! Enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck.Loved the location - very close to Pinecrest lake.We would stay here again!

This property worked out well for our family group of 11. It’s in a great location and easy to park at. The 3 K bedrooms were comfortable for the adults. The loft for the kids is tight (basically open attic space) with tweens but we made it work. Everything was clean and as advertised. Our local contact was helpful and accommodating. Great budget property we would stay at again.

So far one of the best places to stay at the kids enjoyed the loft, the jacuzzi was great and the fact that we had a central AC was awesome.

This house is amazing!!! From the moment we walked in the fun began because it was welcoming, spacious, well stocked and created for comfort! We appreciated the A/C and LOVED the hot tub. There were baby gates (which we needed) and games and beautiful beds/rooms. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Cold Springs Escape. It was easy to get in and out, even with fresh snow, and plenty of room. The kids looooooved sleeping in the loft and there was lots of room in the other three bedrooms. The kitchen was well-appointed, but not huge (in case you want to cook a multi-course meal). We would definitely come back again!

This was our second stay at this property and it is a perfect getaway with great location and everything you need.

We enjoyed everything about this property.Having done many VRBO’s I took some of my own “necessities”, i.e spices, foil, baggies, but this location was really well stocked and was very clean.It was well remodeled and felt very warm and inviting. We have so many wonderful memories we would definitely return.

We had a lovely stay in the Cold Springs area over New Years. We enjoyed the cabin and its amenities.

We spent a long weekend enjoying the reservoir and lake nearby. The cabin was perfect for our crew. Nicely decorated and clean.

Excellent property. Close to Pinecrest Lake and Twain Harte. Nice restaurant 2mi. down the road and convenience/gas across the street. Very quiet at night. Well equipped and comfortable. Only problems, small gas stove didn't work, game controller upstairs didn't work, and hot tub too sudsy. HVAC worked well. Very enjoyable. Management very responsive. Would love to stay again.

Great house. Very clean with all the necessary amenities. Loft ceiling is very low so def for small kids only. Location perfect, walk to store n quick drive to lake, in great little neighbor for after dinner walks or kids bike rides.

Great spot! Great house! It was 4 miles from the lake and is a beautiful spot to get away from life. The beds are so comfortable. Great host. Great house. 100% recommended.
