The property was evrrything that we expected and more. Well sticked kitchen with treats left by the host. We enjoyed the extra amenities like the fire pit and hot tub. Host had excellent communication. We absolutely loved our stay!
Ladies getaway, this property was the perfect place for us! Laughter around the fire pit and in the hot tub, fun day of shopping in the quaint little town of Weaverville and the outlet mall in Asheville. Wonderful weekend. Highly recommend!
We were excited to visit the Asheville-Weaverville area for the first time. But having a great place to land at the end of the day is just as important - and the Pera Tree Cabin did not disappoint. All of the comforts of home and then some! The cabin was the most well-equipped, finished and appointed that we have experienced. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed - from the spacious kitchen to the bedrooms and baths, and the outdoor hot tub provided us with the perfect ending to our busy days of tours, hikes and dining.
Location, property and house were great! The host was amazing and had great local gifts for our arrival
I stayed at Pear Tree cabin for the weekend with a group of friends and we had a great time! The cabin was super cozy and the hot tub was lovely. We really appreciated that the kitchen was stocked with spices and nice cookware so we were able to make some nice meals. We would absolutely stay there again!
Loved the cabin and all the amenities. Great thought was given to details. We loved that we had salt, pepper, condiments…many places do not…it’s another thing to buy and pack. Had plenty of essentials such as toiletries. It’s the little things.
One of the nicest places we have stayed. They have thought of everything. Anything you need is here including towels for the hot tub. Extremely easy to get to and around Asheville from. Would highly recommend.
From the time we arrived at Pear Tree Cabin, to the time we departed, was nothing short of wonderful! The cabin was even better than the pics and description online. I absolutely loved all of the antique furniture the creaks of the floor, and smells of the wood stove. The updated kitchen and bathrooms fit beautifully with the antique vibe. I was able to spend some time alone while my family and a couple friends went zip lining and rafting for my daughter’s 16th birthday. I used my time to sit outside and catch up on my reading. I did not even look at my phone all weekend. Other things worth mentioning: the cabin was fully stocked with EVERYTHING, the mattresses and pillows were amazing, communication with owner was great, and the place is huge! I love the attention to all the little details. When teenage girls love it, you know it’s pretty awesome!
Great location, short drive to many places (Asheville, stores, restaurants etc) and yet a quiet peaceful get away. Kellie was kind enough to stock with some local beverages that the men enjoyed. The house was everything we needed and accommodated our family of 5 adults and 2 grandparents. Would definitely return and highly recommend.
Luxurious cabin in the wooda but minutes to the highway. Well appointed throughout. Comfortable beds, quality linens, spotless clean, beautiful furniture and decor. 3 levels of living space. Beautiful wrap around deck. Much to enjoy from this location- downtown Asheville, Biltmore Estate, Blue Ridge pkwy. Air conditioning worked great and provided a relaxing environment to return to after a fun-filled day! Highly recommend!
Pear Tree Cabin was the perfect spot for our family getaway to the NC Mountains this weekend. It was well equipped with everything we could imagine we needed. Kellie left us with some welcome goodies of local beers and juice and sodas for the kids. The TVs had Amazon Firesticks so we didn't even have to get ours out. The bathrooms had plenty of towels and showers were stocked with everything we needed. They even had a cooler that we could use when we went on our day trip to Mt. Mitchell and lawn chairs to use when we had a fire in the firepit. The beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows for each of us. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, a griddle, muffin pan (we usually make muffins at least once) and glasses for anything we needed. We had such a great time and will definitely try to stay here again if we are back in the area. Thank you!
We had a wonderful week at the cabin from Wisconsin! Everything was perfect from cleanliness, comfy beds, welcome goodies, to little things like having qtips in the bathrooms , beach towels and folding camp chairs. We have a hot tub and home and love that the cabin had one as well. Spent many nights at the fire pit or just relaxing on the deck. Bugs non existent compared to WI.. which was nice! Very peaceful and quiet after a day of adventures in Asheville. We went white water rafting with Asheville Adventure Company, drove to see Looking glass falls and sliding rock. So much fun had by all. We would definitely choose to stay again at Pear Tree if back in the area.
No problems.
