Stayed Jan 18, 2024This cabin is located in Chalet Village which is close to downtown Gatlinburg. It had snowed the day before our arrival but I didnt expect for the steep driveway to not be cleared at 6pm when we arrived. So we were stuck the first night because my all wheel drive could not make it back up the slippery driveway. Cabins for You did send out a maintenance person with salt around 10pm. So we were able to put our cars at the top of the driveway to get out the next norning. Once we had arrived and went to the bottom floor where the game room is, we noticed the Futon was badly broken and not going to be able to be used so we had to rearrange our sleeping arrangements. Then the arcade game wasn't working and the kids were very disappointed with that. That was one of the main reasons I booked this cabin. Then to make matters worse the linen on the king bed on the 3rd floor was dirty with blood stains on them. So before we could rest we had to change the sheets but the only linen in the cabin was the queen sheets that were left for the broken futon. The toilets need to be cleaned on the bottom too, not just the inside of the bowl and the seat. The glass shower doors need to be cleaned all the way to the bottom. The shower heads may need to be replaced or taken off and cleaned. There was no broom or dustpan or mop in the cabin. And in the winter you should have coat hooks for guests and a rug inside the front door to collect snow and ice from boots. It has potential to be great!

Stayed Oct 4, 2023There cabin itself was beautiful. There was plenty of space for 7 adults to spread out and everyone have their own area. However, there were leaks from the ceilings on the main floor and basement level. The exhaust fan leaked down your back when trying to use the restroom. The basement shower curtain was covered in mold. The hot tub was dirty and the railing to the middle bunk bed was broken and a safety hazard.
