Overall our stay way okay. We travelled with 5 adults and 7 kids ages 3-12. The neighborhood was cute and the outdoor space would have been great (rained mostly during our stay so we didn’t use it much).Pro’s- Room set up was conducive for our group- Good location close to the grocery store- Small but well appointed kitchen (luckily there was a toaster oven since the real one didn’t work)- Hot tub worked fine- Grill was helpful since no working oven- Laundry facilities were usefulCons- Oven didn’t work the entire time which was quite a hardship given our menu required an oven. - Fireplace also didn’t work though two people came out to fix it. - Fire alarm chirped incessantly. - Blinds wouldn’t go down in the kids room so they were up with the sun. - Only one TV worked (Living room). - Very weak Wi-Fi so it was difficult to stream. Impossible to stream live so we missed all the bowl football games. - Very steep driveway not suitable for mini-van. We arrived in the rain and slipped going up. Would never make it in the snow. Our friends with an SUV fared better. - Host follow through wasn’t great. Never checked back in on the oven or fireplace. - Waited for 7 hours for handy man to come fix and still nothing got fixed. Price was cheap so guess you get what you pay for…
