Carefree Hideaway | Theater Room + Pet-Friendly + Hot Tub

The house is really nice and well taken care of! Very spacious for the whole family and lots of entertainment for everyone! Would definitely come back and stay again!

Private yet so close to all attractions. Was a great stay!

Up side ..Lots of room to park wide sidewalk made it easy to wheel luggage in. Everything was operational. Hot tub was clean ,fenced in yard perfect for our dog. Down side .. could use some tlc. Front door and back door need new weather stripping to keep spiders out. Had several large ones enter. The dirt road to the house is pretty awful and confusing no view of any kind the surrounding residential homes are very rundown driveway starts on a blind curve and you must use extreme caution.

The house was clean. We had to call to get the code so we could get in. They were very friendly and patient.

Stayed for a couple of nights just to getaway as a family. Location was private, so we appreciated that. Enjoyed watching our favorite family show from the hot tub while the dogs hung out in the fenced-in backyard with us. Only downside was the gravel road going up to the house was a bit washed out due to heavy rain. Ruts were a bit rough!

This cabin was the perfect space for our family and two little furry friends. Everything was so cozy and inviting when we arrived. The fenced in yard was a gamechanger, as we were able to let our pups run around after being in the crate while we were gone exploring. The cabin was well equipped with kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, and bedding essentials. The hot tub was great for relaxing after busy days, and we enjoyed sitting around the fire in the evening. I'm pretty sure we also had some dart champions by the time we checked out, lol. Thank you for a wonderful home away from home while we enjoyed our family vacation. As we left, it was voted on that we would definitely return to this cabin when we came for another visit to the area!Blessings,The Hender Family

This home had everything we needed for our stay. The backyard had a fire pit, hot tub, a television and a great views. Our dogs loved the fenced in yard.

Before coming to the property we were informed well before the visit about what we can do around the area (even provided coupons to use), was welcomed very kindly, and got all of the information we needed for the property. We arrived and the house looked great and had plenty of supplies and welcoming vibes. The beds were comfortable and everything worked well. Loved the movie room! That's where we were when we were not out honestly. This place provided a good fenced in yard for our dogs and it was great to feel comfortable to let them run and play. Road to it is a little wrough, but we also had a lot of rain before a hurricane that contributed to it. Over all we enjoyed our stay!

The property is well maintained. Hardest thing when staying at cabins is typically the mattress, for some reason they’re never kept up. This property had the best mattresses outside of higher tiered hotels. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed and more. Owners provided all basic starter supplies for the stay. Would definitely stay here again for another spring or summer trip. Quite a little farther back than expected so wouldn’t suggest for a winter time stay unless you have a full 4x4.

Everything was as advertised. Great location to where we went (Titanic Museum, alcatraz, Dolly Parton Stampede Dinner). Communication with property owners was great.

Cabin was perfect for 6 adults and 1 infant. Out of traffic but close to all attractions! Owner communication was excellent. Small fence in yard with doggie door which my dog loved! Thank you! We will be back!

This is a lovely home that modern, well decorated and very comfortable for a place to call home for a few days. The location is convenient to many local attractions and cities like Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. It came well equipped with all of the amenities that make me wonder why anyone would ever stay in a hotel. To top it off there was a video/game room that would allow families to enjoy some time bonding together while playing games and watching movies. I am impressed!

Honeymoon completely ruined due to the septic tank not being properly taken care of causing a flood in the entire back half of the cabin that took 12 hours to resolve. Could not take a shower, wash our hands, flush the toilet, wash dishes, wash clothes, or even cook food because thats disgusting cooking without washing your hands. Grass was also not mowed and very high. Lack of customer service has me very disappointed and highly mad as I've wasted my money and lost 1/4 of my stay at this cabin. Was told they were going to move us to another cabin and never heard anything else about it instead was woke up at 9 am with a call asking if we requested more towels. No, I requested my cabin to be drained of the flood caused by their septic tank. HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND. No customer should have to deal with a flooded cabin at 4 am and receive little to nothing for it. 0/5 stars.
