This property was amazing and exactly as pictured. Communication was wonderful. We loved our time here and we got to see a live wild bear walking through the neighborhood. Way cool!!! I would like to suggest some new silverware. We only had 4 forks and a couple knives. We managed and I’m not disheartened by it at all. But it would have been nice to not have constantly wash forks.

We loved the cabin. Its location was good, hot tub and movie theater room were a hit with all the kids. We were bummed none of the fireplaces work, and it seems by others reviews this has been an issue since November. The tub faucet downstairs was broken and made it difficult to adjust the water temp. Over all we enjoyed the cabin, its space and its amenities. .

Well to start our checkin was at 4 on Christmas Eve an I called multiple times before getting anyone but finally at 5:55 got a hold of property people that informed me it was a good thing I called because they were on the way out the door an nobody had given us a key code to get in. Well we finally got key code an went in to notice there wasn’t any water. So I called back an never got a answer u til two days later an they sent a person to fix it. The guy they sent ended up breaking the pipe while climbing under the house an said he was head to town to get stuff to fix it an he never showed back up. So we stayed at the house two days only an had to stay at hotels the rest of the time. Not to mention somone had a wreck an blocked the road on the mountain an we couldn’t get back to house if we tried. I have called management an left message after message an haven’t gotten a callback yet.

It’s exactly what we expected. It was quiet & peaceful but within a good distance to attractions & great places to eat at. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

In genral it was a nice palce, quite and a lot of privacy. Some improvment may needed. The cookware were kind of old. The shower curtains weren't that clean. If you are looking for the place that you want to enjoy the mountains view, this is not the right place.

Cabin was exactly as described..Directions they provided made it easy to find..Hot tub could use some work the jets barely work and the pump is extremely loud..Other than that everything was good!

The cabin was beautiful and relaxing with a spectacular view. It was nestled on a quaint side of the mountain with easy access to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. The location was absolutely perfect and made it super easy to do everything we wanted! Definitely a prime location!!! The host was very responsive and addressed any concerns within a very timely manner. They were easy to get in touch with and made the stay even better. We had a small issue first night and they sent someone out to help! The included free (one adult) passes daily were amazing and definitely allowed us to do more while saving on costs. Initially it was a bit confusing how it all worked but once we were closer to our trip we received additional details and you call and book thru a third party company called Xplorie. This process would have been better if we could have done it online like at night instead of having to call to book but I think that’s part of the third party company. My wife handled this stuff but I would suggest booking in advance depending on the attraction or museum you are doing. Note: some of the attractions have limited capacity, specific times, etc. Some you can go to the entrance others you have to still go to the ticket window like Anakeesta. Just be mindful of that especially if busy and longer lines. General thoughts for the cabin. A scale on how difficult it is to drive to the cabin would be nice. It was up a steep long drive and the road was narrow. Being from Florida and neither of us driving in ice or snow (thankfully it had cleared from the snow the weekend before our stay), it would have been very difficult for us. We are not used to it and limited our travel to and from. Checkin would have been more streamlined if getting the info just by email but I had to call it was close to 4pm so early checkin. I think this process could be better especially due to cell signal issues. Other properties have sent welcome emails with all details like access code. It said some basic things were provided but I looked and couldn’t find any additional trash bags, having a full list and where things are would have helped. Overall it was a great stay and wonderful host! Beautiful views and very clean! Movie room was awesome! Note to the cabin: the jets in the upstairs bedroom didn’t seem to work, better instructions for using fireplace or other amenities would be good, and any places that offer delivery would be a good touch… we enjoyed our stay!

This cabin was decorated for Christmas and so perfect. We had a very relaxing stay and all the amenities made it great especially since it rained all day Saturday so we stayed in and enjoyed a movie in the awesome theatre room! Perfect location close to everything! Thanks for letting us stay at your beautiful cabin. Perfect for 2 couples or small family.
