Everything was great. Lots of privacy, wonderful views and a relaxing atmosphere. The pictures online are good but when you get there, its even better! The drive to the cabin is steep but exciting. Listen to the owners directions and everything will be good. Waking up to the mountains in the clouds was the best. We highly recommend working with Cathy.

This was by far one of the best homes we have ever stayed in. Everything was exactly as described in the literature and any concerns we had were addressed immediately. The pictures don’t do it justice. The views are breathtaking and the area is tranquil and quiet. The steep mountain roads just add to the adventure but they are paved and well kept.

Amazing view and beautiful cabin. The climb up is definitely not for the faint hearted. We enjoyed our stay very much though.

Location and view was great. Cabin was well stocked. Had major problems with a lot of sand coming out of the inside faucets in bathroom sinks, toilets, tubs, and showers. All 3 toilets would flush 1 time and it would take the toilet tank 30-45 minutes to fill back before you could flush again. We had to manually fill the toilet tanks with a pot from the faucet so we could flush. The front load washer door leaks bad when you wash clothes, and the floor becomes soaking wet. We text and called the host/manager to report these issues but they were never fixed/corrected. I have documentation/proof of these issues. If these issues had been taken care of our vacation would have been amazing. It made it really hard on us with children to get baths with all the sand and not being able to flush toilets.

When I say that this home exceeded my expectations, I mean it. The views were beautiful, the location was magnificent.I’m a person that over plans and packs anything I might need but the cabin was stocked with absolutely anything we needed. Especially for cooking. Thank you Cathy! We will be back!

Our entire family group throughly enjoyed our stay at this multi-level cabin. There was plenty of room for everyone to do their own thing but still be together. Sightseeing or shopping we had fun everywhere we went. And while the kids loved coming “home” to the fantastic game room,I was partial to coffee and the view. Thank you for sharing this gem with us!

The listing can't adequately express all qualities of this unique property. The house setting, rooms, furnishings, extra touches, are perfect. And the owner is great to communicate and respond to communications. We loved the property so much we chose to spend most of our vacation in the house rather than venture out. We look forward to renting this cabin again.

Beautiful mountain views and easy to get to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Cades Cove. Going up the mountain the first time is a bit nerve racking but gets easier. Had a great time with the family even though our weather was a bit cooler and wet than we had hoped for.

This house was fantastic for our 3-generation trip. Our host was incredibly communicative and came out quickly when we reached out about the hot tub and garbage disposal. The layout worked well for 4 couples and 5 kids (10-16 years old.) The house requires about 15 minutes to drive down from, so you should always plan for an approximately 25-45 minute drive to almost anywhere (Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, etc.) The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking some meals at the house. The porch and hot tub area were great for enjoying the beautiful views and weather.

We were extremely pleased with our stay. Checked in on Sunday and stayed the entire week of Christmas. We had zero complaints. The cabin was very well stocked. We didn’t need any necessities, only food items we wanted. More than enough towels for our family of 13, plenty of toilet paper, and paper towels. Can’t say enough positive things about this cabin and the host!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely stunning cabin! Although the road up the mountain is intimidating, the end result is SO worth it!The cabin is in great shape. Very clean. Incredibly well-stocked kitchen in terms of utensils, place settings, small appliances, etc. Gas and electric fireplaces in multiple locations adds to the ambiance, and very nicely decorated for Christmas right now. Lovely bedrooms, and a perfect room for all the boy cousins in our group downstairs. The views from the porch are amazing, and if weather cooperates, it's a lovely place to hang out.20-ish minutes to the Parkway, but you'll pass two mountain coasters along the way. Wear's Valley is about the same distance, with a number of restaurants and shops. A bit longer into the park at the Metcalf Bottoms entrance, and perhaps an hour to Cades Cove.Responsive owner, but no issues to deal with. 10/10 would stay here again!

This property was gorgeous and secluded. The view was more than i could have ever asked for and made for the perfect backdrop for the surprise proposal my boyfriend had. The kids were entertained and we barely left the property because everything we needed was right there. Would definitely stay there again!

It’s a lovely property, but not for the faint of heart! First be aware that if you haven’t driven in the mountains you might be a little freaked out by the turns in the road to reach the property - arriving in the dark definitely raised my blood pressure. Obviously not the owner’s fault! Twice during our stay there was a bear on the front deck of the main floor. Be very careful about locking your cars and not leaving anything out. It would have been nice if the two main floor bedrooms would have had a small dresser for clothes storage. The view is breathtaking!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was great. View was outstanding. Fully stocked kitchen. Game room and kids bedrooms were very kid friendly. 3 other bedrooms were nice. The loft queen bed was utilized. Massive porch with great views. Hot tub utilized with plenty of towels. Close family could sleep 15-16 people. 8 kids in game room/bedroom area. The community pool/tennis/pickleball/basketball was enjoyed by all. gated community gave a secure feeling. Parking sufficient for 4-5 cars with turnaround for easier exit. Not sure we could find anything better. Would rent again in a heartbeat.
