We left a list of the very disappointing things on the kitchen counter. Hopefully it gets to the owner and housekeeping doesn’t throw it away. Windows were dirty, never got cool upstairs, bunk room door would not shut, rugs came up at corners -had two tripping,spot on dining room table, blood stain on yellow bedspread.

The kids enjoyed their room with the bunkbeds. We enjoyed playing cornhole and the fire pit. When we arrived there were still dishes in the dishwasher and the rugs in the house were older and the corners were folded up causing a tripping hazzard. The upstairs fan did not work. The cabin had a musty smell. We did enjoy the fire places and the hot tub. It would have been nice to have some outside string lights in the back.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The rooms were very comfortable.We had a very relaxed time at the hot tub and with the TV nearby, we enjoyed a nice movie.This cabin helped us relax for the week, have fun, and enjoy quality time with the family.

The home was beautiful! Throughly enjoyed the patio with TV and fireplace. Plenty of space and perfect retreat for our girls weekend!

Great stay!

Roomy and pleasant. Great location for the activities we had in Broken Bow. I loved all the windows and roomy bedrooms. I slept on a bunk bed, and it was very comfortable. The only issue is the condition of the road to the cabin and the dangerous turn onto the highway.

Over impression of the home was exactly as the pictures, lovely! We absolutely loved this property! A few spider webs on the outside television (couldn't locate a remote for it anyway) but it’s outside n was expected. Everything we needed other than an iron was right there at our finger tips. This house will definitely not disappoint!!!

Great place to get away from Texas.Only issue was house gets warm on hit summer days late in the day.Could really use a ceiling fan in the main living room.Kitchen exhaust hood exhausts fumes above and grease stains run down wall.Very nice place, nice finishes .

the property was super nice. Very impressive. one of my. guest wants to come back to the same exact property because she also enjoyed the stay. we had a total of nine in our group. all were 50 and above and Han no problems with the bunk beds or stairs. The wonderful stay made my celebration top notch

Great cabin

Absolutely loved the cabin and everything that it offered the only problem we had was the room doors upstairs and the room that had the bunk beds didn’t stay closed even when locked and there wasn’t a closet in those room either so we couldn’t hang our clothes up so that was the only reason for not giving 5 stars but other than that everything was beautiful and spacious. We all had a blast thank you so much for allowing us to stay there

The property was cute and adorable.Fairly well stocked with most essentials.We were a little thrown back by the lack of a dresser or some kind of clothing rack in two of the bedrooms.also maybe supply a few throw blankets for on the deck at night or early morning and maybe some plastic cups,plates,ect. for little ones to use.A few times there was a mildew smell upstairs in the bathroom and around the laundry area(as well in the hottub)Did add the chlorine nightly from monday on.Thank you for your hospitality and responding back promptly.overall,we really enjoyed the cabin

Conveniently located yet still a sense of seclusion. Beautiful modern/cabin aesthetics. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was a plus for us grandparents and each of our daughter’s families.

The cabin is super cute and cozy. The host answered all my questions. We loved that we were able to bring our dog along the trip. He loved rooming the area. We were able to cook our dishes and have a chill hangout with everyone

Even with crazy weather, communication was great. The cabin was exactly what was listed. Perfect for our group!

Fantastic spot for families and groups of friends. Perfectly clean, plenty of amenities and a fantastic location being just a few minutes from both Hochatown and Broken Bow! Absolutely recommend for anyone looking to have an amazing getaway

The house and property were beautiful and as advertised. It was clean and close to both the towns of Broken Bow and Hochatown. We enjoyed the amenities including the hot tub, swings and outdoor fire pit. And the hosts were very responsive with any questions we had. We would definitely stay again!

This place is stunning! We had a girls trip here and it was perfect! All of the descriptions are accurate as well as the pictures. It’s very clean with lots of little things to entertain such as board games! It was just perfect! If you’re thinking about this place, it’s the one!!

Everything about our stay was great! It's an awesome house and beautiful surroundings. The only thing I would say (and why I gave 3* for location/neighborhood) is that the roads going in are very, very rough. We understood why but they really should do something to smooth them out. There should also be some warning in the description of the property.
