Caddo Patio: Waterfront cabin with large porch, game room, & theater room

We had the best time at Caddo Patio! Felt like home away from home! Host was very attentive, amenities and accommodations were just as expected, if not better. Definitely plan on returning! Thank you Amber for offering such a beautiful place to make lasting memories!

The house was great! Pictures were accurate and to me even bigger than I thought it would be! We had an issue with the outside TVs and the hosts responded with solutions on Thanksgiving day which was amazing, and unexpected! Recommend for any large group! Lots of beds and easily divisible for our 6 separate families that joined us. We had 10 kids under 15 with us and they had a blast in the game room, running around outside and playing in and around the river. Kitchen was well stocked, bring your own shower soaps, shampoos, and conditioners.

We have been making an annual trip to Glenwood for four years now but this was our first year to stay at the Caddo Patio. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property fit the needs of our large, extended family perfectly. There were 16 of us this year ages 12 to 79 and we had plenty room for everyone to have their own space. Everyone loved the game room which came in handy as one of our days was basically a rain out. The very large porch area was also enjoyed by all. Although, we didn’t have any problems, when we communicated with the owners with property amenity questions or special requests, they were immediately responsive and accommodating. The CP is our new favorite property and we will definitely stay again!

The property looked everything like the photos and more! The house was spacious and we were able to enjoy family time altogether without being squished in a tight space. 10/10!

This house was perfect for our big family, it felt like home as soon as we walked in. We throughly enjoyed our stay. I can’t say enough how well equipped the kitchen was. It had everything you would need to cook and was very spacious. The owners definitely made sure we had everything we needed.

The house was great! We had 15 employees for our company retreat. There was more than enough room for everyone. The outdoor areas were very comfortable. There is a spacious game room. It was a really great experience for everyone. We highly recommend Caddo Patio!

We had a crew of all different ages and we absolutely loved this place. The game room and media room was a hit. We had plenty of room for all 20 of us and then some. The place was very clean and fully stocked except for soap in the bathrooms. 100% would book this place again. It is right on the Caddo River for the kids to play and can watch them from the porch balcony.

The house was great! Bigger than we expected and laid out perfectly for us and our four kids' families. Beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The owner was right on the couple of minor issues that came up. The kids were in the little branch of the river in front of the house for most of the week - like a big swimming pool, Overall, a great place for us.

Property was amazing, hosts were excellent! We will definitely be staying at another one of their properties in the future!

The property was perfect for a multi-generational family. Large open kitchen, dining and living room, as well as a large connected game room. The outside porch was wonderful for large group seating. Two dishwashers, two washer/dryer sets, multiple TV’s, media room, and multiple charging stations made this a wonderful property for young and old. Access to the river was great and enjoyed by all. En suite bathrooms were awesome in ALL bedrooms!!! The “bunk room” had its own bathroom and was wonderful for sleeping arrangements for kids and teens! The hosts were super responsive to questions and needs!! Highly recommend this property for large gatherings!!!

Just like the pictures! We had an amazing time and location was perfect. This will be the spot for our annual trip from now on.
