Cabin with hot tub & stunning lake and mountain views throughout

I would not recommend staying here in hopes of using the hot tub or the fire pit for the entirety of your stay, and the customer service was very poor. Our family was very disappointed from the first day we checked in. Someone from vacasa was at the home 2 days of the 3 days we were there interfering with our stay.

The cabin was clean and comfortable. The layout was a little different but the views were nice. A good number of windows.

We loved how cozy and clean the cabin was. There were plenty of resources for cooking and making coffee and tea. It was the perfect getaway for my family.

The inside of the cabin was clean and inviting offering a lake house feel and experience. There were plenty of resources for cooking and the coffee bar. The view was of the lake was great! We did feel that the outside area was not prepped or cleaned for summer. Spider webs were all over the deck, area by the entrance, & hot tub. Cushions were not on the chairs. Once we cleared the spider webs & put the cushions on the furniture. It was perfect place to enjoy the view of the lake and hang out.

This place has one of the best lake side views I've ever seen. To wake up to the view was wonderful. It is tucked away on the side of a mountain with such a peaceful surrounding.

Before I booked this property, I communicated with the host to ensure accessibility for my grandmother with a torn ACL and injured hip. I messaged the host asking how many steps there were to the door-they replied telling me there were only 2 steps to the door so I went ahead a booked the place. We were super excited to have found such a nice cabin with a great view that our grandmother could enjoy since this was her bucket list trip. We drove 6 hours and got to the property at around 11pm. My mom and I then walked around the entire property trying to find another entrance with the two stairs we were quoted. We were unable to find any other entrance. We then asked the next door neighbor who was outside if there was another drive to the house that led to another entrance and they said not that they were aware of. I contacted VRBO and they told me they also did not see that there was another entrance. So we were unable to stay there since there was actually 20 stairs and only one entrance. We then had to drive another 35 minutes to the nearest hotel and pay an additional 500 for two nights there instead of the cabin we had booked. The owner is refusing to refund us when I would not have booked it in the first place if they would not have assured there was an entrance that only had 2 stairs. Not to mention when we arrived at the property the storm door was wide open. 0/10 experience. Very disappointed.

Mixed reviews on this property as some things did not work, etc...however the location was nice and quiet. Upon arrival, we reported the empty propane tanks. Unfortunate since we had brought food to grill. The power strip controlling the refrigerator and toaster went out. Not that big of a deal, just a bit time consuming trouble shooting, crawling under the cabinet...moving toaster etc. The hot tub was in need of cleaning/filling, so did not use that amenity either. Property is managed by a 3rd party so VRBO charges extra for that service.

This cabin was absolutely perfect. The cabin itself was extremely clean and the perfect size. The TV had a roku which made it extremely easy to watch movies. The hot tub was absolutely perfect and made for a beautiful picture spot. The balcony had the most breathtaking view. Note that there are some steep hills to get to this property (all paved though!) so I would recommend 4WD vehicles. Loved our stay want to come back!
