I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful cabin in a great location!! Needed some maintenance and cleaning. We weren’t able to use the Jacuzzi tub or the dish washer, towels they provided were a dingy. All area rugs needed replaced or cleaned. We made the best of it and did enjoy our stay.

The kids enjoyed the game room, the ladies enjoyed the jacuzzi, and the fellas enjoyed the pool table. Nice stay!

Location was convenient but not close to town per say. The fireplace did not work at first but they sent someone right out to fix it and it worked like a charm. Great cabin!

We were able to rent 3 cabins on the same road, each with enough space for us to get together for large family meals. Knotty & Nice is a wonderful house; beautifully finished, very clean, comfortable beds, great entertainment options downstairs (pool table, foosball, arcade game, theater room and sauna, with a hot tub on the deck). We loved the house. The resort staff were great at communicating with us at every step.
