Stayed Sep 26, 2025This was the first time staying in a cabin and my family and I were quite satisfied with the accommodations. All of the furnishings were clean and comfortable, sufficient kitchen items were clean, and the bathroom was clean and stocked with towels and soap. The cabin location was away from the main road and safe. The family and I look forward to staying here again.

Stayed Jun 29, 2025Cabin was very clean and cozy. Staff was very helpful and always available with tips on the easiest ways to get to the local hot spots. Plenty of things to do from cliffview adventures to crystal kyacks in the caves. Great location to take the skylift to the natural bridge! . Overall a good vacation.

Stayed Sep 10, 2021This is a cute little cabin in a very beautiful area in the woods. Surrounded by woods and the sound of nature is very peaceful. Perfect for sitting on the porch first thing in the morning, drinking a fresh cup of coffee from the cafe that's right down the road (the coffee offered in the cabin was opened and used). It's the perfect distance from Red River Gorge and the local shops are worth a visit. There are several rules for the cabin that are easy to follow and the staff are helpful and friendly. We did have a few issues as listed below: The gravel driveway is full of potholes and in a low car, you can easily hit the bottom of your car. The hot tub was full of hair, lukewarm and there was a strong septic smell that ruined the night. The water had a strong chlorine smell so it was like a public pool. The porch light didn't work, but the lights in the tub did. I was very excited for the Jacuzzi tub, but I very disappointed. No instructions on how to use it, the water went cold before it filled up and it was in the room with the smaller bed. Definitely a hazard for younger children and an awkward location. The wood surrounding it was pulling away from the tub and looked like it would fall apart. The shower head is low. I'm 5'5 and had to lean down to wash my hair. The beds were very hard, uncomfortable and there is no air flow so bedrooms get hot and stale quickly. A mattress topper and a fan are definitely recommended. We won't be back due to those issues and the price

Stayed Jul 31, 2020From the outside it looked like the pictures and inside as well. Everything good until it was time to shower.. our shower was broken and the water pressure was slow. Our bed sheets had hair and the pillows were stained and found dead insects. Since there is no service and the office was closed we had to wait til the next day. We found mouse dropping in the cabinet where pots & pans are and they ate some of the hamburger buns and other snacks. We complain, housekeeping came cleaned, replaced pillows and sheets &droppings. We ended putting back in the car most of our things. During the night where heard noise and it was the mouse, which my husband managed to kill. No a place we would visit again.

Stayed Nov 26, 2025We had a great Thanksgiving holiday at this property. Everything was as advertised. The location with proximity to Red River Gorge, and Natural Bridge State Park was excellent. Great place for a pet.

Stayed Sep 26, 2024overall great cabin and would recommend it to others. I was a little nervous about the toilet not gonna lie, thinking it may get clogged easily. great location and the people were great at local restaurants and venues.

Stayed Jun 26, 2024This property was in a great location. We would have really enjoyed our stay, but there were several problems that could not be overlooked. There were several electrical issues including a lamp cord with exposed wiring and a gfi outlet in the bathroom that would not work and could not be reset. We had to dry our hair in the livingroom. This property also had a huge problem with mice. There was a huge nest in the master bedroom closet. They were very active at night keeping us up and hiding candy in our shoes. We were very disappointed in this property.

Stayed Apr 22, 2024The property was well represented. It was close to local establishments and attractions. Following contact to the management company, a quick response was made to my only concern and that was apprecaited.

Stayed Apr 4, 2024Overall we had a good stay. Cute cabin. The only strange thing was the jacuzzi tub in one of the bedrooms. It’s not really needed since there is a hot tub. The weather was a little cold, so the gas fireplace was very nice. The hot tub was also quite enjoyable after a day of hiking in the cold. Just a few notes… we couldn’t get the shower to work. The coffee maker didn’t work either. It was like the pot or lid didn’t fit. That was a bummer. Good new is, the cabin is super close to Daniel Boone Coffee Shop. We were only there two nights and didn’t call to get either of these things fixed. I’m sure if we had, they would have fixed it. The location was close to almost everything. We were able to get to a lot of hiking spots not that far from the cabin.
