Stayed Jul 19, 2025I was really impressed that the place was so clean and it smelled great,the minute I walked in.It looked exactly like the photo and I had one parking spot that was not a problem. As you know, parking is limited in old orchard beach. I liked that it was a dead end Street, so there wasn't a lot of traffic. The place was well stocked as far as toilet paper, paper towels. The towels were very luxurious as far as my review, white soft and fluffy.Yes, the shower is small, but you know what you are only in there for a minute, the water was nice and hot. I was able to easily communicate with my host, and they were very responsive. I would definitely book this again and recommend it.

Stayed Aug 3, 2024What a great little place! Perfect for the 2 of us and our dog. The home is very clean and very well equipped with all the essentials! Finding the little things like extra TP, dish soap, sponge, etc was nice to see. Great location, only a 10 minute walk to the main street and pier. Considering the parking costs ($30 a day), well worth booking this home. Having a nice grassy area for our dog was a huge plus. It’s the perfect size for a couple, enough room to relax, not too big to keep tidy. We really enjoyed this home, and the owners were very nice and communicated fast. They went above and beyond to ensue we had a nice stay. Highly recommend this home if you are planning a trip to OOB!
