Stayed Dec 21, 2024Our family of four plus dog were happy to stay in this cabin. All comforts were provided - extra towels, laundry area, bike storage, cozy beds, kitchen supplies. Place was clean and quiet. We liked that it was tucked away from the highway yet easy to find. Easy parking.Good communication wit hosts!

Stayed Oct 19, 2024The location and house conditions were perfect for mountain biking the trails. The outdoor green space and fire pit were also great to have. Overall, I would highly recommend this rental!

Stayed Jul 29, 2024A great location and setup to access the Bentonville trail system and The Back 40. Check-in was easy and the place was well stocked. Bike storage was an added bonus! JJ's Bar and Grill has some incredible Happy Hour Specials after a day riding the trails.

Stayed Jul 31, 2024We rented this property for a wedding weekend. We went to a concert at the Walmart AMP one night then had a wedding the next day at the Cooper Chapel. Perfect location, clean, spacious! Recommend!
