EV Charger:
Please inquire before booking to confirm charger availability. The access key card is required for use; if it is not returned at checkout, a $200 replacement fee will apply due to the high cost and time needed to replace it.

You must be 21+ to book this property. Guests are required to sign our rental agreement and Good Neighbor Policy, which includes county rules: no parties, no excessive noise, proper trash disposal, and no extra parking. Violations may result in citations of up to $1,500. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and peaceful stay for all.

Welcome to your A-Chalet property! Please complete the welcome submission form prior to arrival. Thank you!

Pets:
A $75 pet fee applies per stay. Please keep pets off furniture and beds at all times. When leaving the property, ensure dogs are crated. Dogs must remain on a leash when outdoors and supervised to avoid disturbances or interactions with local wildlife.

Trash:
Big Bear City Garbage & Recycling pickup is on Thursdays after 8 a.m. If your stay includes a Wednesday night, kindly place the two bins at the curb for pickup.

Fireplace:
A complimentary bundle of firewood is provided for your stay. Please ensure the chain link guard rail is closed after lighting the fireplace, and set the flue to the right at all times for proper ventilation.

Thermostat:
Set to your desired temperature during your stay. Upon checkout, please return the thermostat to 65°F.

Spa:
To maintain water quality, please rinse off before using the spa to prevent oil and makeup buildup. Adjust the spa to your desired temperature and return it to 100°F when finished. If the water becomes murky, a $175 cleaning fee will apply for a dump and refill. Ensure the spa cover is sealed and clipped tightly after use.

Snow Removal:
Shovels and salt are provided on-site. Please use them as needed. Plow services are arranged for snowfall of 3 inches or more and will occur during or after the snowstorm.

Kitchen Cleanup:
To avoid additional cleaning fees, please clean the kitchen after meals. This includes washing and putting away dishes used during your stay.

BBQ:
After using the BBQ, clean the grill and turn off the valve on the propane tank. Failure to clean the grill or close the valve may result in additional cleaning and propane refill charges.
