Nice quiet cabin on a hillside with a great view.
The cabin was in an “off the beaten path” location. Very nice and secluded-note because of this-the internet is spotty and not much choice on TV (not an issue for our group, just an FYI). View was limited by the trees in front. Cabin was fairly clean-some dirt on steps and food particles on counter upon our arrival-everything else seemed pretty clean. Great proximity to Cherokee and the southern entrance to GSMNP. Also this cabin is only 1.5 miles from the Deep Creek area of GSMNP.
We all enjoyed the cabin very much! Looked just like the photos. We will definitely be back
We were so delighted with our stay at Buffalo Hollow! The property is amazing and easy to get to and use as a home base for our adventures. Our plans got somewhat rearranged due to an impending snowstorm, but the management company was so easy to work with and flexible when our plans changed. Highly recommended!
Family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The holiday decorations for Christmas were a perfect touch.
Beautiful little cabin, fully Christmas decorated and very enjoyable to stay in. Come check it out!
Beautiful home. There really isn't a view of moutains from the house. Trees surrounding property block it. But still very pleasant.
Our family of 4 truly enjoyed our near week long stay at Buffalo Hollow. Conveniently located outside of Bryson City, the drive into town is around 15 minutes, close the everything we needed to see and visit. The cabin was perfect, well stocked and comfortable for our small family. Thanks again for creating a great experience. Eric Tampa, FL
Buffalo Hollow was perfect for us. The central location made it short and easy drives to all we wanted to do. Just a couple of things to mention. #1 It was advertised 1 Queen and 1 Full size bed. Both were full sized beds and made sleeping as a couple “tight”. #2 Upon arrival the doors were unlocked which initially was creepy deep into woods. After “checking” the cabin thoroughly it was all good. #3 We didn’t do the fire pit because the bush blocked accessibility to the path leading to it. When we return to the area we’ll definitely look this place up again!
Great location, cabin is nice but there is a one problem-mice infestation.
