Brand New Serene Lakes Cabin

Overall, the stay was mostly good. There was an issue with the fire alarm in the master bedroom beeping loudly in the morning, which was difficult since it was right under the bed and I’m a light sleeper. I reached out to the host, they apologized, and had someone come fix it promptly. Aside from that issue, the place was comfortable and matched the listing. Communication throughout was great.

Overall, our stay was very enjoyable and the house was the perfect size for our 16 family members. Everything appeared clean and well-maintained.The kitchen was well-stocked with all the necessities, i.e., pots, pans utensils, silverware, etc. The jacuzzi and sauna functioned properly as did the BBQ. The check-in was easy and uneventful and parking was ample for our vehicles.The owner was very prompt in responding to our email communications.Improvement suggestions: 1) There was only one box of facial tissue in the entire house, so that was insufficient for the size of our party.. 2)There were no washcloths in any of the bathrooms and none found stored in any drawers and closets. Also, we could have used more hand towels. 3) The refrigerator ice maker was non-functional. It was definitely turned on and the water dispenser worked, but it never made any ice, requiring us to purchase 20 lbs of ice at the nearby market.4) The trash capacity in the bear bin was inadequate for our group, requiring us to haul some of it away ourselves upon leaving. 5) The only other suggestion is that it would have been nice to have a few fans for air circulation in the downstairs bedrooms since the windows are not able to be opened.We look forward to booking with you again for next July.Thank you

This place was absolutely beautiful and had plenty of space to accommodate my large party. Yana was very easy to work with and extremely communicative. Instructions for check in and check out were clear and precise, absolutely zero troubles. We want to go back already!

Great property for a family gathering. Plenty of space, especially in the kitchen/dining/great room for all to gather. Plenty of dishware and utensils for all. We would book this accommodation again.

Yana was a great host. House was well equipped, nicely located in a quiet town, close to the highway and to trails in the area. House was clean and wonderful, very spacious for a group of 16 people. The hosts were very responsive for any questions or requests we had and were excellent.

Property - Nicely appointed, very spacious open living floorplan, gorgeous home and it's brand new !!! Cleanliness - Immaculate (and I'm a picky OCD) Location - Perfect for ski season, within minutes from Donner, Sugarbowl & Royal Gorge (cross-country / snowshoe) Host - Super responsive! Amenities - Almost everything you'll need and a dry sauna for bonus Will we go back? Heck ya !!!

We were extremely pleased to have stayed at this brand new built, modern, well-furnished cabin! This amazing place was spacious for our group of 5 families and perfectly located within less than 30-mins drive of 5 different ski resorts. The cabin was clean and equipped with high-end kitchen appliances, which was a huge plus for our big group when preparing meals for our hungry kids. The beds were very comfortable for us to get some good rest after a long day on slopes! The host was responsive and provided great communication. We would definitely be back for any future cabin trips, highly recommended!!
