Come and stay at this beautifully modern cabin providing all the amenities to make your stay perfect! Everything brand new in 2023! Fully stocked kitchen, full size appliances, comfort foam mattresses, and all new furniture.

Whether you want to soak up the sun on our sandy beach or relax in the shade under one of the two newly built cabanas - we've got you covered. Shared cabanas have patio furniture, fire pit table, and Blackstone grill.

Want to float on the lake Then bringyour boat or water toys to moor at our dock and enjoy all Houghton Lake has to offer!

Self check-in with door code
Host will not be responsible for personal belongings left behind. Please make sure to check you have all of your belongings before leaving your stay.
Unapproved late checkouts will be subject to a $50 fee from host, as this sets back our cleaner’s schedule.

General Rules:
Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 10am.
Parking provided onsite for one vehicle per cabin. No parking/driving in the roped off area.
We provide starter supplies consisting of paper towel, toilet paper, tissue, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and coffee. Any additional items beyond what is supplied will be the responsibility of the guest.
Please keep the front door closed as bugs tend to gravitate towards the interior lights.
No pets allowed at this home.
Please be respectful of neighbors. I do not allow parties.
Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am- please be courteous to your neighbors as cabins are in close proximity to each other.
Blackstone grill with propane tank is supplied. There are full propane tanks next to the recreational room – if tanks are empty they can be refilled right across the street at Wild’s True Value Hardware. Please clean grill after each use. Please make sure foil tin is in the drip tray in back of grill- replace as needed. Extra foil trays are supplied in the recreational room.
Charcoal grills are also on the property. You will have to supply your own lighter, charcoal briquettes, etc.
Absolutely NO unregistered guests without prior approval from the owner.
Absolutely NO drugs of any kind - alcohol is OK.
Absolutely no smoking in the house and if you do smoke outside, please be courteous and clean up your butts/ash. Evidence of smoking in the home will be subject to a $400 fine.
Absolutely no fireworks of any kind.
No firepits allowed on property other than those provided. Firepits located on property are not to be moved. We have firewood on property. You will need to bring your own lighter.
DO NOT flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilet!
Please do not move furniture inside the cabins.
Please do not move rocking chairs on porches.
If anything breaks, spills, stains etc. please let me know ASAP.
You will be charged for any major damage or if anything goes missing.
Please make sure all kitchenware stays in each cabin respectively.
Excessive use of linens, blankets, house supplies will be subject to additional charges.

Before you check-out
Put all used towels in the shower floor before you leave. You may leave used bedding on the bed (don’t strip the beds).
Please clean all dirty dishes.
Please take all garbage out to the trash receptacles located in the parking lot in front of the recreational building.
Turn off any lights, ceiling fans, air conditioning/heat etc.
Please close and lock all windows and front door.
