Main Level:
Enter to an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area with soaring ceilings and mountain views. The gourmet kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, large refrigerator, and breakfast bar seating. The dining table seats 8 comfortably. This level also includes a king bedroom with en-suite bathroom and full-size washer/dryer.

Mid Level:
One king bedroom, plus the bunk room with 6 twin beds (perfect for kids), each with private en-suite bathroom and access to the mid-deck with stunning mountain vistas—perfect for morning coffee. The game room featuring a 60-game arcade and air hockey table is also on this level.

Lower Level:
The showstopper! Your private indoor heated saltwater pool awaits. The third king bedroom with en-suite bath is on this level. Walk out to the lower deck where the hot tub offers incredible valley and skyline views.

Entertainment:
Smart TVs in every bedroom and living room set up for your own sign in. Fast fiber WiFi throughout.

A personal vehicle is essential for your stay. The Pinecrest Poolhouse is located in a residential mountain community, and while we're close to downtown Gatlinburg (1.4 miles), the area is not walkable and public transit is not available

Roads are paved mountain roads.
Winter: Roads are treated for snow/ice, 4WD recommended in winter months. Roads are steep and curvy.
