Brand new family friendly cabin with luxury deck in Coosawattee River Resort

This was the best cabin I have ever booked! It’s well stocked and clean! The beds are super comfy, having 2 master suites was perfect for our party. The deer are everywhere and feeding them was an extra fun bonus! We loved our stay! It’s conveniently located to lots of attractions with a short drive.

This was our first visit and stay in the Coosawattee River Resort. The cabin facility was exactly as advertised; new with a great floorplan and a deck that was beautiful. The amenities offered by the host were very nice. We had four wonderful and comfortable nights at the cabin. What we did not expect was the size and difficulty of traveling in and out of the resort as well as traveling within the resort. It is massive with four different access gates. Even with GPS, it is difficult to move easily from place to place. The resort is full of beauty and wildlife, especially deer, making travel within the resort that much slower.

We found everything we needed. The amenities were great, and the house was very nice.Loved that our host left us jars of deer food so we could feed the deer and watch them.

The cabin was beautiful. The drive to the cabin is a little windy but not horrible. The deer were plentiful around the whole resort.

The cabin was cozy and the kitchen had everything you needed to cook for your stay. They had everything you could ever need, like an air mattress, extra blankets, soaps, dishes etc. The beds are comfortable. The views are beautiful and its peaceful. Lots of dear around, you can feed them. The home is close to everthing. We stay at alot of places and we rate this our top. We highly recommend it. You wont be disappointed.

We enjoyed our stay so much! The cabin was lovely. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and had everything you may need. The back porch was so nice and relaxing. Just sitting on the porch looking at the gorgeous Fall colored leaves, and listening to the little creek run was just what we needed! We also enjoyed watching the deer. My husband loved feeding the deer with the deer food that was provided. We just loved everything about the cabin and our trip. This property was exactly what we were looking for for this vacation. It was located centrally. We were able to do kayaking, Whitewater, rafting, and local wineries. The property was clean. And the deer were all around us. It was absolutely wonderful. It was close to local restaurants and shopping.

What an amazing stay at this beautiful cabin. Very well appointed decor throughout the place! We loved feeding the deer by hand, sitting on the balcony and relaxing listening to the nature all around us! Best was soaking in the master tub and melting all my stress away! Quaint downtown with yummy food and wonderful shops!! Absolutely stunning so go book your next vacation here!

Rustic Elegance was exactly as advertised; a beautiful cabin with a great floorplan and a luxury deck. Traveling in and out of the resort and within the resort can be frustrating even with the best GPS. Resort roads and both paved and graveled, very narrow with curves and elevation changes and abundant wildlife, especially deer, on the property. Allow extra time for traveling in and out of the resort to points of interest and for traveling within the resort.

Beautiful cabin; it was a well thought out floor plan. Cabin was supplied with anything you could possibly need. Deck was tree top high. We fed 50 lbs. of apple deer corn to the deer. One evening we had 13 deer. Hope we get a chance to return.

The cabin is a lovely and cozy place!!! The back porch with a fireplace and a view is the best!!!

Stayed for a quick weekend trip- cabin totally exceeded our expectations with location, style, comfort, and amenities. House is amazingly decorated and every piece in that cabin was thoughtfully selected. Cabin had everything that we needed; from kitchenware, coffee, towels, toiletries, blow dryer, makeup remover.. list goes on and on. The back porch and view was peaceful and beautiful. Great place to have my morning coffee next to the outside fireplace. Our favorite part was that there was a surprise jar of deer feed to give to the local deer, who were happy to be fed and apparently very hungry! Really added a personal, fun touch to this cabin-life. Can’t wait to go back!

Gorgeous home. Beautifully decorated with large bedrooms/bathrooms and comfortable beds. Lovely back deck to sit and enjoy nature and all the deer that would walk by. Sometimes stopping to eat (food provided). Games to play provided as well. Took advantage of the putt putt golf at the rec center. If we had more time we would have used the pool and other amenities offered. Oversell wonderful stay.

From the moment we walked into our cabin till the moment we left, our accommodations were exceptional which made for a most relaxing, enjoyable and pleasant escape! The accommodations were beyond our expectations—every detail about the cabin was so well thought out!! LOVED, LOVED, LOVED the cabin!! All this made for a most memorable get away!!

Rustic elegance is the best place in Ellijay! I’ve stayed in a lot of vacation properties and this place is amazing. we live about 90 min away in Atlanta area and this was the perfect getaway for our family. If you were looking to find sometime to disconnect and enjoy the outdoors this place is for you. The home is beautifully decorated and in pristine condition. it was comfortable for our family of six. One of our favorite features of the home is the back porch and the fireplace. You will make some great memories and be back to visit and make it our regular get away in Ellijay.

My family and I just stayed here and we were so impressed! Everything is so nice and the owners really thought of everything. They were very thoughtful on what they left for the guests to use. Also, the deer are so friendly, they came right up to us and even ate out of our hands! We will be staying again!

The back deck is amazing and that’s where we spent a lot of our time. Although it’s in a resort area it seems like you’re there alone, very peaceful. We will be back.
