Stayed Jul 3, 2025Our stay was very pleasant. Although we were not able to go to the river due to high waters, we still made memories as a family. I felt more united and peaceful spending time with my family. We reminisced about our childhood and laughed a lot.

Stayed Aug 5, 2024Property is isolated from other properties and gives great sense of privacy. It was very clean and exactly as presented in the pictures and descriptions. Very close to all the comings and goings in Concan. You will need to plan your river access as there is none from the property. Neals works for us and is minutes away. Would stay again.

Stayed Jul 26, 2024Celebrated 6 year old grand daughter’s birthday. The kids enjoyed the river fun and a the evening grilling and making s’mores on the fire pit. House accommodations were great.

Stayed Jul 10, 2024This was a last minute reservation due to our beach trip house canceled due to a hurricane. There was plenty of space and beds for our group. Neighborhood was quiet and there was privacy. Lots of deer came to the yard, there was some corn to feed them and we bought more. Unfortunately the river was too low to float, but maybe next time. The porch was great and offered lots of room and plenty of seating. We would definitely stay again. Owner called me the day of check in to make sure I had all of the information I needed.
