It was a great cabin with a comfy bed and good a/c. It wasn’t quite as close to the river as we hoped but it was accessible. The part of the river it’s on is more muddy on the banks so not really where we’d want to stay put. We mostly did floats so it didn’t matter to us. The check in was a little tricky because we were told we could a bit early but then when we got to the office no one was there and we couldn’t reach anyone for a little while. But not a big deal. Overall a great time!

All good except that the water system was not working. Took two days to fix.

Small cabin, but sleeps a lot of people. Clean and organized. Owners are very responsive. The river is nearby. The yard with the party lights and the patio and the Adirondack chairs are all great places to hang out.

Enjoyed our private little getaway on the Frio River. Enjoyed having our own pathway down to the river and own backyard to enjoy. Cabin is nice and clean and close to Concan and Leakey. Easy access to the floating areas as well. Thank you! and we will for sure return!!

We loved the ease of the private river access / no lugging everything back and forth every day! River access area was beautiful, plenty of swimming, a rope swung nearby, some floating, lounging, plenty of shade to sit and relax. The back yard was perfect for the evening to grill and hang out - lots of yard games we enjoyed as a family. Front porch was perfect for morning coffee and outdoor lunch. Everyone slept very comfortably. My kids named it the Best Cabin Ever!

The property was very nice and clean. Enjoyed the front porch and all the birds. Nice fire pit for lots of laughs in the evening. This part of the river was very quiet and peaceful. A little walking, a little swimming but only took 3 hours to get to the low water crossing. Will stay here again.
