Boat Slip/Fire Pit/Wifi/Roku/Golf Course/3 Min Drive to Marina

Great cabin. Decorated for Christmas beautifully. Loved the fire pit!

It was great. However our only issue had nothing to do with the home. The road leading to this location was not the safest road.

Cabin was really clean, beds were comfortable. Enjoyed viewing deer all around resort. Road to resort is not for the faint of heart but the views made up for it. Prompt response when we reached out to owners.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful serene property. After boating, it was the perfect weather to enjoy the fire pit. The rooms were spacious and very clean. We also enjoyed the proximity to various activities including the Deerfield Marina and Tiki Hut, as well as the golf course. We could not believe the number of deer in the area… so pretty to watch. Loved this cozy cabin in the woods so close to marina and boat slip. Very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed.

The cabin was extremely clean and the location is perfect. It's very close to Tiki. If you plan on cooking, you will need to bring everything with you as there isn't anything there. This isn't a negative, just a reminder to plan. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back!

We were there for my grandson’s wedding. There were plenty of outside areas for hanging with the family that are there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

this cabin was everything we hoped for! plenty of space for our family of 6, but still so cozy, BEAUTIFUL surroundings, well stocked, comfy beds/furniture, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city life we’re so used to in houston, easy communication with the hosts, a guarded community - truly all you could want out of a vacation... it was an absolute pleasure to stay here and we will be back soon as we’ve all fallen in love with tennessee and especially the deerfield community.

We had and excellent time during our stay! The place is exactly as advertised and offers some very nice views of the leaves changing colors in the fall. We played a very challenging round of golf at course right up the road on Friday and then hung out and watched college football while grilling with a fire all of Saturday. This place is perfect for getting away from the noise and unwinding!

We loved this house. Clean, and very close to the marina.

This has been our 5th year staying at Fair Haven. WE Love It!! We rent a boat and utilize the boat slip that comes with the rental. So convenient. The rental is always in great condition. We enjoy the deck every morning. This is a fantastic place if you're wanting to get away. We enjoy the lake and also the pool that comes as part of the amenities. We look forward to planning our trip every year. Highly, highly recommended.

Was amazing!

The pictures didn’t do the property justice. It truly is a piece of paradise nestled in the trees. Our seven year old granddaughter was convinced we were staying in a tree house. ❤️ We loved that the house included a boat slip and it was only a short three minute drive to the marina. While we were a little apprehensive, as this was our first time, not staying lakefront, we were not disappointed. We will gladly choose to stay here again. It is the best of both worlds!

The place was perfect for our family of four! Our teens shared the downstairs and had their own space while we enjoyed the king bed and lovely wrap around deck each morning for coffee. We brought our wakeboard boat so, the boat slip at the marina was a huge asset and one of the reasons we chose this beautiful place! Just a quick 3 min drive to the marina. Clean, welcoming, and wonderful to come back to after a full day on the water. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Look no further-book it.

The property is very easy to get to Deerfield Marina and golf course by car, ATV or golf cart. It’s in a peaceful quiet setting. The house is very nice, very clean and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly book again in the future!
