Bluebonnet Lodge sits at the end of a quiet, newly leveled road with several inches of new rock for a wonderful drive to your cabin, and still within city limits and just a few minutes from all the restaurants and activities Hochatown has to offer, a great place for a family get together! Stay at the cabin and watch the deer under the trees or go to the lake, the golf course, Beavers Bend State Park or the Ouachita National Forest.

The master bedroom with a king size bed and private full bathroom is on the ground floor. The two queen bedrooms upstairs each have their own full bathrooms.

Back on the ground floor the second family room/bunkroom has two bunkbeds, twins over Queens (the twins have a 175 lb weight limit). Both bunkbeds also have comfortable pullout twin size trundle beds, all together the cabin sleeps 14. The bunkroom has three sofas, high ceilings and views of the surrounding forest in three directions. With beautiful wood floor space, it features a shuffleboard table, a card table and a large screen tv. It has a door to the deck where the hot tub is, and double doors to the rest of the house.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware, appliances and tableware needed for large family cooking. The laundry room and a half bath are off the kitchen, as is the covered back deck where there is a gas grill and outdoor furniture, and a large hot tub. A customized playset in the back yard has swings, a slide and climbing wall.

The large firepit, with plenty of outdoor seating surrounded by some cool old totem poles, is in the center of a circular drive, making a safe and great place for a starry evening around a big camp fire.

Just over half a mile from the highway in the Northern Hills area, Bluebonnet Lodge is a quiet place for a relaxing stay, close to all the fun activities that Hochatown, Broken Bow Lake and Beavers Bend State Park has to offer. 1.8 miles from off highway riding in the Ouachita National Forest, and 1.4 miles to Golf Course Road.

Rooms were perfect for what we were looking for. Plenty of space for everyone. WiFi didn’t work most of the time but it wasn’t much of an issue. A table chair didn’t break on us but nobody was hurt and I wasn’t much of an issue either. Hot tub was nice especially for the kids.

A beautiful, quiet location. The size of the cabin was perfect for our needs. The only issue we had was the hot tub, and the manager came immediatly and resolved the issue.

We really enjoyed our time at the cabin. The out door play area was a huge success. The space in the cabin was exceptional. Very close to town and convenient. Absolutely beautiful.

This cabin was in the perfect area of the forest, so many trees, it felt secluded! The amenities were top notch! Very clean. We had a good time with the family. The only complaint we had was the road is awful once you get down closer to thw drive of the cabin. I was driving a Jeep Cherokee and it hit bottom a couple of times, my husband did fine as he was in a big pick-up! Overall, I'd book this cabin again! 100% recommend.

Everything we needed was provided. Really nice stay. Kids loved the playground space. We would stay again. The only negative is the road to the property was BAD!

Loved the house. We had a great stay. Google maps took us straight to it. One thing that probably should be disclosed is the condition of the “country road.” We were going to take my new sports car on this trip, but my brother got there before us & suggested we bring our truck. The road is really, REALLY rough, washed out, & narrow even in 4x4 trucks. Wouldn't want someone else bringing a small vehicle & getting upset at how the road is &/or damaging their vehicle. But the house was clean, well stocked, great area, AC worked well, & the kids loved the hot tub, bunk beds, & swing set! Thank you! Messaged about the road after our trip & got no response.

Beautiful cabin and area. The cabin is very comfortable and spacious. The road is very rough with lots of big pot holes. We recommend to drive an SUV or truck. The refrigerator does NOT keep your food cold. Plan accordingly. We left a note to the owner to replace the refrigerator. When people rent a cabin/home, they generally expect working appliances with their rental. Overall, a great stay.

Super easy to get in/check-in! Great space for a group…we had 7 adults and 1 child. My granddaughter loved the play area! The road back to the house is not good so needed to take it super slow.
