Black Bear Ridge} NEW Cabin - AWESOME VIEWS-WiFi - Game Room - Hot Tub -

Wonderful place to stay and plenty of room for a little vacation with our big family of 13! Our adult kids and their spouses all had plenty of room and the view was beautiful! We all enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking to book a cabin for a large group!

Our family of 4 generations thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin and the views are beautiful. Very spacious and fairly well equipped (suggest extra kitchen trash bags). The downstairs playroom needs attention, the pool table particularly.

Great view . Nice set up. Game room furniture good use some updating. But still great for family vacation.

The home was beautiful but it was not clean. We had to clean when we got there and when we left. I left a message for the owner but no reply.

Property was up to the mark and all facilities were working.Checking in was the easiest.

Dining table was smaller than appeared in pictures, a cabin that sleeps 16 should have that number of dining seats, ir close.Also the description was gueen beds and the beds were full

Overall the cabin was nice, just a few issues. There were 3 doors that had broken locks on them. All leading to one of the decks, not a huge concern since someone would have to climb to get to them, but not great if you have little ones that might wonder outside. The cleaning of the cabin was my main issue, cobwebs in the master bath and other rooms. Also found a few loose items throughout out the cabin which show that it was not cleaned thoroughly, especially for the price they charge. The cabin itself was nice and the views are simply amazing. Beds where all stif, but they have been at every other cabin we have stayed at in PF, so that is to be expected. Not sure I would recommend this property due to the cleaning issues, the property owner did respond, but did not provide any solutions since it was Thanksgiving weekend

There were a few little things that could've been better. The locks on some of the balcony doors don't work which bothered my parents. The hard floors were on the dirty side...we all had black feet. The glasses in one cabinet were very foggy. The pool table had a couple broken pockets. Like I said, little things. The rooms were neat and tidy. We had plenty of linens and towels. Hot tub was great! There was plenty of parking. Communication with the owners was great. They were very responsive in a timely manner every time we needed them!

Property was great. It was right at the end of the road, which allowed us a beautiful view, especially in the mornings. Property was easy to find and get to, although there is a steep hill on the last turn that you need to gun it on. Overall a pleasant stay.

We loved our view but didn’t realize it was so far up in the mountains The cabin kitchen was clean, but the bathrooms had some issues. There was hair on the floor in some showers and they were not clean enough.Some bathrooms only had a partial roll of tissue and there was not enough garbage bags in the kitchen. The basement patio door lock was broken, and we were not able to lock it, but we didn’t feel that was an issue because it was so high from the ground. Overall it was a nice cabin, and we may stay there again

Beautiful cabin was everything it promised and more. We had 15 people and were never crowded. When booking i thought we would be only there at night but everyone enjoyed the cabin and we spent most of our time there. Having that much family time was great. We even saw a bear while out on balcony early one morning. Worth every penny!
