Stayed Sep 26, 2024It was a beautiful home and well laid out for a family reunion. Game room was a hit with all ages. House needs a little more maintenance than it is getting. Back was coming off a chair, toilet paper holder in half bath was broke, shower faucet was broken in main bath, ice maker in bar did not work, dishwasher did not work and A/C upstairs not cold. .

Stayed Jul 5, 2024We really loved the property! Kids (all four of them) had a lot of fun in the game room. Was a lot of space for just the six of us, which the wife and I liked. We’ve been to Broken Bow many times (vRBO) and this was definitely everyone’s favorite house so far. The only minor complaint we had was the faucet in the kitchen stopped working but we figured it out (battery powered). That and there appeared to be only one ice maker in the game room (both a trek from kitchen and will likely not be enough if you have a large party—which this house caters to). But those were all minor issues. Overall we recommend this property and will be back.
