The place was clean and nice. There is not much seating in the living room for more than 4 adults... one sofa and one rocking chair, however you can sit around the kitchen table and visit. For sitting outside there is only the benches along porch railing. The road to the cabin is rather full of potholes and so you need to be very careful manuevering around them if you drive a sedan. Maybe everyone else knows that you should drive an SUV or truck when coming here, but we didn't. The neighborhood is very peaceful. Even with so many people, it was very quiet.

Could not cool down the cabin. Only 3 windows had screens, the front door screen door was completely shredded. Couldn't leave the windows open due to bugs.

Property is out dated and hard to control the temperature inside. It was either really hot or really cold. Very closed off from family. Not much sitting space for a bigger family. We had 5 and only have 4 seating places in the living room. Upstairs stays very hot and down stairs is cold.

The property was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Comfy beds. But, the chairs around the fire pit were all broken. There was a bench around the front porch but chair’s would have been nice. The grill is not usable. It’s rusted and flames only on one spot towards the back. We used it once but it’s not worth the trouble so we had to drive into town.

Communications requested by email were given only limited answers. Cabin was advertised for ten. Dining was only for six. Living room only sat five. Beds were available for ten but the mattresses were old and broken down. Kitchen was so small it was difficult to cook for seven let alone for ten. Kitchen had no where to put groceries. Refrigerator was so small there was not enough room to put food for seven people for three days. Trash was a problem. Instructions indicated to put in dumpster located in area. There was no dumpster any where to be found. Trash was put out in the wood storage bin on the deck and a bear came and torn into the bin and knocked over our very expensive telescope and damaged it. Instructions should have indicated that trash needed to be taken into town each day to prevent bears . This cabin is not sufficient for more than six people and certainly not ten!
