The Neighborhood:

This cabin is located just 3.6 miles from the heart of downtown Gatlinburg, TN. With paved access and peaceful surroundings, it’s the perfect base for exploring town or heading into the park.

Getting Around:

Paved roads lead all the way to the cabin, and private parking is available on site.

We recommend 4x4 drive for all Smoky Mountain travel. While access is generally easy, a 4WD vehicle is especially helpful in rainy or snowy conditions.

Other Things to Note:

• Guests must be at least 21 years old to book this cabin.

• Maximum occupancy is 8 guests.

• A 4x4 vehicle is recommended for mountain driving. Roads are paved and usually accessible, but weather can change quickly in the Smokies.

• Gas fireplaces are seasonal and typically operate from October through March, weather permitting.

• A Keurig and a standard drip coffee maker are available—please bring your own coffee.

• Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day.

• Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided.

• Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method.

• Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area.

• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins.  Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife.  Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place.  It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors.  This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.

• Being in the mountains, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the hot tub. The hot tub has been drained and cleaned to ensure it’s ready for use.

Interaction with Guests:

The best and fastest way to reach me is through the website messenger.

We had a wonderful stay! The cabin was cozy and comfortable, and on our very first evening we even spotted a bear near the property such an unforgettable experience that truly made our trip! The location is close to downtown yet tucked away in nature, giving us the best of both worlds. Cris was quick with his responses with our questions

This was a fantastic place with a great view. Very clean. Literally, the only complaint would be that like three of the light bulbs flickered and got a booting bit that could happen anywhere. This place was great and we hope to come back.

We had such a wonderful stay at this cabin in Gatlinburg! The space was spotless & cozy. The hot tub was a huge highlight and the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. The views were beautiful, and the location made it easy to relax while still being just a short drive from everything in town. The cabin was well taken care of, the host was very responsive and we felt right at home the entire time. We’d absolutely stay here again!

We were really looking forward to our stay, but unfortunately, it did not meet expectations for several reasons.First, the hot tub was not functional, which was very disappointing since it was one of the main features that attracted us to this listing. Although the control panel showed it was in “standard mode,” the water didn’t heat up properly, and we couldn’t use it during our stay.Second, the grill was in poor condition. It was extremely dirty and rusted, with leftover residue and debris from previous use. We had planned to use it for a cookout, but it was clearly not maintained or cleaned, so we couldn’t use it safely or hygienically. Most concerning of all, we found small insects all over the master bathroom, especially on the floor and towels. This raised major concerns about cleanliness and sanitation. Seeing bugs in what should be the most hygienic part of the house was unsettling and disappointing.Overall, the place did not feel well-maintained or clean, and it definitely did not match the standards we expected based on the listing. I hope the host takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues for future guests.

The house was way up in the mountains just like advertised! Lots of pin turns and difficult to find. The view from the deck was beautiful and the house was very cute and clean. Communication with the hosts was excellent. Furniture in the living room was comfy but the chairs at the kitchen table were horrible (little metal outside chairs). We had an F150 and parking was very difficult! We could barely get the truck off the road. We were only about 5-10 minutes from Gatlynburg so the location was good

Great property with pretty views. We arrived and originally had an issue with the hot tub. We notified the owner and they were very quick to help and get maintenance out to fix it.

Good overall but no handsoap in bathrooms, no laundry detergent and the wifi information was old so we had to wait for new info that was only given AFTER a message was sent to owners. The wifi also did not work or was spotty half the tome.

We enjoyed our stay in the cabin! Hot tub was great and the cabin was clean. The road getting to the cabin is a little steep but the view is amazing. We even got to see a bear!
