Stayed Aug 8, 2025We had a very pleasant stay at this cozy cabin. The location couldn't have been any better, it was clean, and the owner's timely responses were much appreciated. The yard and patio area were also very nice. The only drawback to our stay were the slanted ceilings in all but one of the bathrooms. We are a tall family ranging between 5'9 and 6'3. We couldn't stand up straight to use the sinks and found we often hit our heads while trying to move around the bathrooms.

Stayed Jul 20, 2025We appreciated the layout of the rooms, the kitchen, the electric fireplace and wonderful yard and front porch. It's a block from Main St which is a great plus. Overall, it was a great stay!

Stayed Jul 16, 2025Every year our family visits Grand Lake. It is increasingly difficult to find enough places in town to house all 50 family members. My immediate family of 6 chose this little cabin named “Best location in town”. It did not disappoint. We were right there for playing in the park, live music and bingo. We were just a short walk away from the beach. The kayaks were a bonus. However one of them will give you quite an ab workout and a dip in the cold water if you aren’t careful. We plan to stay there again in the future.

Stayed Jul 7, 2025Photos do not do this place justice! We have been coming to Grand Lake for almost 25 years and this is our favorite rental! When they said you'd feel at home right away they weren't kidding! The fenced in yard for the dogs was a Godsend! The location couldn't have been more perfect! The knives in the well stocked kitchen were even sharp! Sounds silly but for a family who cooks a lot it was a nice surprise! There was even a momma bear and cub who made the neighbors place home one night we were there. We will return for sure!

Stayed Sep 15, 2024Terrific cabin in the heart of Grand Lake with everything you could need for a great vacation! While it was much bigger than we needed for just two adults and our dog, it always felt comfortable and cozy. The fenced yard was a great bonus for our pup's outdoor time, and the big front porch provided beautiful views. It was also nice to be able to park in the back driveway off the street. This cabin has everything you need for a great stay in Grand Lake!

Stayed Aug 12, 2024Cabin and patio/yard gave us plenty of room to spread out and socialize. Grand County was under a burn ban during our visit so we were unable to enjoy the firepit or charcoal grill. A propane grill as a backup for these situations would be good to bring along.

Stayed Jun 14, 2024This was our first time with the Grandson (1 year old). He has a GREAT time. Loved checking out all the rooms and stairs in the house. The dog and Grandson enjoyed exploring the yard. Being across from the town park was wonderful. Less than a minute walk to the swing set, his favorite. Already looking forward to next year!!!

Stayed May 27, 2024Great location for families with kids--the park and playground are just across the street. Library, main street, the lake shore are all easy walks. Plenty of sleeping rooms and bathrooms in this older cabin with quirky add-ons. A bit of a yard. Use of kayaks. The common living area/living room is small. As others have said, it could use more lighting -- there's like one lamp for the living room area. Overall a good place for a good family stay in Grand Lake.
