The cabin was lovely and spacious with plenty of room for our family and our family dog! The cozy environment enabled me to settle my heart, refresh my soul, and relax. Thank you for providing a place where we could enjoy each other with love, laughter, good food, and the making of special memories

There was hair and soap residue in the upstairs shower, and the jets in the upstairs tub didn’t work. There needs to be a set of stairs connecting the decks, also.

The cabin was nice, great location and great view. We enjoyed the outdoor fireplace and the towns of Ellijay and Blue Ridge. However, the hot water smelled terribly of rotten eggs. We call the emergency number and reach someone who never got back to us. We were unable to take showers so we left a day early. The house probably needs a new water heater.

Comfortable beds, clean house, loved the hot tub and view of the mountains. Outdoor fireplace was great too! Room darkening shades would have been nice with sun coming in waking us up early. Overall everyone loved the cabin and would come back!

We had 3 couples stay for a birthday celebration / getaway. The location was perfect for what we were looking for out of this trip. The only minor issue we had was once we got into the cabin two of the bedrooms were locked in the basement, but the property management was responsive. They were out within an hour to get them unlocked for us. I would highly recommend this cabin for a couples trip.

With 4 of us and 2 dogs over a weekend, we had an incredible stay at a wonderful cabin. We loved everything. The rooms were spacious, and we liked each couple having a king bed, there were plenty of bathrooms. It's a gorgeous 3 story loft cabin, with so much character and a really well-stocked kitchen. BBQ, hot tub and really the most bella vista, as advertised. We were very pleased with that view! Watching the full moon rise over the crest perfectly framed by the trees was just unforgettable. The hot tub was a bit small for 4 and didnt stay as hot with us in it, but it was there and working, so no complaints. The loft bedroom is a true loft, no walls or doors if you need privacy, but we found no one could really see up. Our only real cocnern was the well-water tap water smelled so strongly of sulfur! We got used to it over a few days, and as that's the only down side, we'd all definitely recommend staying here!

Tje cabin was as described and has the potential to be a nice retreat. We had significant issues with water emitting a very strong sulfur smell, even once 'fixed' the issue persisted for our entire stay and was strong enough that we had to open the doors after showers. The place is also in need of fenral maintenance, nothing major not working but a lot of little things. Burned out light bulbs, door knobs loose, missing wheel on dishwasher shelf so it keeps falling of track, fridge filters needing to be replaced hence beeping at you. Again nothing major but a lot of little things that had us wondering what we would find next.

Property was nice but lacking in some essential items such as bath towels and bath soap. One towel per person for 5 days. Also coffee pot needs replacing. Weather was perfect for stting outdoors but there were no cushions on the furniture.

The home is tucked away in a small neighborhood but it was big on Mountain View’s and amenities. Everything was very clean and we enjoyed the game table on a rainy day. Check in was easy and the team was very easy to work with and communicative

Over all was a decent place to stay, but there were several little issues that made it less than satisfactory. Lighting to the back deck(s) did not work so we couldn’t fully utilize the amenities, and when we attempted to contact customer service we didn’t receive a response until several hours later (the next day) and the only explanation was they had a maintenance service scheduled for the issue next week….so they knew there was a problem and we weren’t notified, the hot tub never got “hot” and had to keep showers extremely brief due to the lack of hot water.

I travel monthly to North Georgia and stay in many many cabins. This was a beautiful cabin, the view was amazing. It was very quiet and felt like it was way out. The only negative I can say was the mattresses. I’m thankful we were only there a few days because the mattress was so firm my back was miserable. I prefer a softer mattress- others may love it. Still deserves 5 stars!

We had a nice time at this property for a girls’ week away. The cabin has a lovely view and is about 15 minutes from the town of Ellijay. The rooms were nicely appointed and the couch was comfortable for reading and watching movies. As a friend group we have stayed in many cabins over the years and while this cabin was nice, it could use a little upkeep. The bottom floor shower needs some work as it doesn’t fully disengage from bath to shower water. The main level toilet was cracked and the place offered less amenities than we have experienced before. So overall we would give this 4.4.5 stars as a stay. I will say that the two times I had to call for assistance (once when we locked ourselves out of the cabin and once when we lost power) the team was communicative and helpful. The area was quiet overall and almost daily on the drive to or from town we saw deer on the side of the road. We ate a few meals at the cabin and found enough cookware to solve our basic needs and it was nice to have all the space to spread out. Overall, I would still recommend the cabin to friends or family members looking for a getaway and I think it would be even nicer in the fall/winter as it was often too hot to sit outside for long. But I imagine once you had the fire going outside it would be glorious (and mostly bug free).

The view was just amazing. The house was clean an equipped with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the layout was perfect. The location was just 13 minutes from downtown Ellijay and only 3 minutes from the Roo winery which is so beautiful. We had so much here and would highly recommend.
