Beautiful Waterside Cabin (2), Great Location, View, 8 Min To Downtown, Biltmore

Loved the deck and the walk out. It was so very peaceful and the sounds were relaxing. It was a perfect little cottage!

Such a quaint little place. One room cabin sets right on a small pond. Very quiet and relaxing. Highly recommend if you’re wanting close to town and hiking trails.

Patti was an amazing host. Everything in the cabin was just as described. Very nice, clean, and comfortable. The cabin was stocked with a few snack, coffee pot (with coffee, creamer, sugar, and filters!), microwave, mini-fridge, and a nice comfortable bed. The cabin is close to Asheville but seems like you are in the country and away from the hustle and bustle. It was a perfect getaway for us to celebrate our 24th wedding anniversary!

Everthing clean and nice, a pretty romantic escape from everything. In the house you have all you need to enjoy a getaway. Patty is very accomodating and she's available if you need anything. No complaints, i would go back tomorrow if I could.

There was no toilet paper. Also, the photos online had a coffee maker; a normal drip-coffee maker. We ground beans to bring with us, and when we got there we found a keurig. Not a coffee maker. And, only one kcup was normal coffee; the rest were decaf. Everything else was great

Cozy cabin, centrally located to Asheville and Black Mountain but still felt remote. Clean and well furnished.

Check-in and check out was super easy, room was ready to go when we got there and the view/location was perfect! Stayed for a weekend getaway and it was fantastic. Thank you again for the awesome weekend!

Easy check-in process, simple kitchen space for short stay, WiFi connectivity was spotty but available, parking is easily seen. Love the atmosphere and privacy, wish we had more time to relax!

Patricia’s place is amazing! It is 10-15min to downtown and just down the street from the Blueridge Pkwy. There is a little pond next to the space and a wonderful deck to sit on and enjoy the great weather.

Perfect weekend getaway for my husband and I. We especially loved feeding the fish in the small pond.

My wife and I stayed at the Lily Pad cottage for my daughter’s wedding and we couldn’t have been happier with the accommodations. It’s only a few mins from downtown and when you’re there, you feel like you’re much more secluded. It’s a very tranquil spot.

This cabin is what you would expect in a hotel room without loud other guests or dirty elevators. It is very conveniently located, close to downtown Asheville, the Biltmore, and not too far from Grandfather Mountain. There is a beautiful pond with big goldfish and a fire pit next to a nice running stream. It was very clean and well maintained. Great place to stay. Only negative is that the wifi was very spotty so do not expect to be able to work in the mornings.

Cute spot. Still very close to downtown. Would stay here again!

This house was more than we expected. It definitely is a Cozy cottage! Patty has all that you need for an Awesome stay. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a quiet and quick getaway. Thank you Patty for such a wonderful place to stay.

Easy to get to, close to Biltmore. Clean and comfortable.

The Lily Pad was the perfect place for us! It is close to Biltmore and downtown. We attended a wedding at the NC Arboretum and used the Blue Ridge Parkway (entrance was very close!) to travel there and back. Patty, the Host, responded to emails quickly—if you are looking for a quiet escape, this is your Pad!

Enjoyed our stay! Very relaxing. Didn’t realize there was another rental property off the main house, so pulling in we had to share parking with another couple who had to walk behind our unit to get to theirs. Didn’t bother us but can see how that would put other people off. The location was very convenient but secluded and quiet enough to feel like a getaway. The bed is a bit uncomfortable, could go for an extra blanket because the quilt was really thin. Only a few tweaks but mostly it was a great place :)

Great little place for a stay in Asheville. It is a little bit from the main area for activities but only about a 10-15 minute drive. Very quiet and relaxing. Great setting by the pond and amongst the trees. Nicely appointed with all that we needed. Would recommend a stay if you want a quiet spot with a friendly host and don't mind the short drive into town.

We loved our stay here!! The cottage was super clean and so adorable. You also can’t beat the location. The host was also lovely! We will be back!

While the cottage was cozy and host was nice, bed was very uncomfortable. This coupled with bad smell that came from the bathroom had my wife and I cut our stay short and head home.
